HUA YI Hotel (Shenzhen North Railway Station) Reviews

10 minutes’ walk from metro station. Reception is friendly. The hotel is clean, however the air conditioning is not effective enough, maybe we came in a very hot day. Recommend to stay here if you need to access to Shenzhen north railway station easily.

Nice hotel near Shenzhen North Station. Lots of shopping, food and entertainment near by. Room is small but has everything, They even provide laundry service. Another thing is the soundproofing is not good. Breakfast is reasonably good, but not the very extensive 5 star hotel type.

Their receptionist is friendly and very helpful even though they cannot speak English to support their guest. However, their hotel look old, tight and dark. The location is good. There are many restaurants and street foods around here.

Extremely surprise by their top notch service. Reached drenched because the Didi driver insisted to drop us by the roadside when it's pouring heavily. One of the reception lady in duty actually came running out to fetch us into lobby with the umbrellas in the heavy rain and helped us with our luggages. Upon stepping into the hotel, we were served with refreshing ice drinks. Upon completion of checkin and unpacking, the reception lady came knocking on our room door with 2 hot tea for us quoting "you are both drenched so please take some ginger tea in case you catch a cold" Such an awesome touch and gesture that can be do without but they did anyway. Hotel room is also good. One of the best hotel i have been to, especially in China. Amenities were of good quality which is better than some 5 stars international hotel. Free laundry (6pc) per day is a bonus especially we were drenched and needed a laundry service. Loaning of umbrella require a deposit of 50RMB/unit but was returned immediately on Alipay after returning. We're just amazed and will definitely return to stay with them.

The hotel's service is very good, the front desk service staff is very good, very warm, the room facilities are very good and complete, the hotel can also send laundry for free, this is very good, the service is very in place, the overall feeling is very good, very satisfied!

The first time I chose a hotel which is not a part of a hotel chain, i liked the location -next to the train station. I’m so surprised! It was way better experience than I expected! The reception girls were super nice and friendly-let me check in 4 hours before my check in time, the laundry and ironing was free and I’m impressed with their breakfast! Good variety and very good!

We like this hotel very much Near to night food street and shopping area

The hotel is good if you need to use Shenzhen North station. It was a bit loud in the evening. I could hear everything in the halls and rooms next door. The breakfast was good value with lots to choose from.

Less than 10mins ride from Shenzhen North Station. There's lotsa eateries and a night food market right beside the hotel and 2 reasonably priced massage palours. Went up to our level and realised all rooms that were not occupied have their doors ajar. So weird and safety compromised i feel. Imagine any guest can go into an empty room and mess it up b4 someone checks in. Anyway, checked in to a room where TV and Wifi was down. The cleaning lady was along the corridor thus we told her about it and she radioed reception to change our room. She then brought us to the new room on another floor whose door was wide open too. 10mins later we got a call saying our room card is being delivered and told us to open our door. There the robot was right outside with our room card. Technology ~ 👏 2nd night when we got back to our hotel we were told Wifi is down for our level and another level. Zzzz. Again we had our room changed. So troublesome omg. 😅 Anyway staffs were all polite and very helpful. Frontdesk, restaurant staffs, chambermaids 👍👍 Breakfast was average but not too bad. Rooms were not equipped with a fridge which is quite a staple appliance. So can't buy drinks like milk or juices. Whats great was everyday you can have free laundry for 6 pieces of clothings.

The place is very clean. The staffs are very nice and friendly and help us to the best of their abilities, even though we cannot speak Chinese. The tea welcome drink is extra perk since I and my family like it very much. There is a lady playing Gu Zheng instrument in the lobby. There is a small fitness. Overall atmosphere is very nice. The only drawback is the bathroom is rather small, but acceptable. Regarding the noise you can see from other reviews, I would say there were some noise but it’s manageable and we sleep like a log, even though I’m a person with difficulty to sleep and easily waking up. I would totally recommend this place, especially it’s near the North station where we will take the high speed train to Guangzhou next. โรงแรมดีนะคะ สะอาดเรียบร้อย พนักงานบริการดีมาก แนะนำค่ะ

Nice travel

Conveniently located 15 minutes walking from metro. Close to large mall and next to hotel is a cute food stall street.

Finally got to watch the guzzling. Had a nice comfortable stay.
