Fairly priced. Room is simple but modern. Bed comfy. Breakfast was poor, but for this price I didn’t expect much :) Will stay again.

The front desk staff and room attendants have good service attitudes. The hotel environment is elegant and comfortable. The rooms are clean and hygienic. There is a gym and a self-service laundry room. The transportation is convenient and fast.

The location of this hotel is relatively remote. There are almost no buses or subways to Shenzhen Bay Port around, making travel very inconvenient. Moreover, the room is too close to the nearby residential building. If the curtains are not drawn, residents outside can clearly see the inside of the room. This makes me feel uneasy and affects my privacy. In addition, the TV equipment in the room is a bit old, with unknown black lines on the screen, and the remote control is not very responsive and often requires several clicks to display. However, it is worth appreciating that the room is very large and provides enough space to store luggage. The free breakfast provided by the hotel is a highlight. It is rich in variety, both Chinese and Western, and the taste is acceptable.

The check-in experience was great. The lady at the front desk was super nice and gave me a book. Hahahahahaha. I had a happy and enjoyable trip to Shenzhen. I will stay at your place next time I come to Shenzhen.

The environment and facilities are very old and have not been maintained. There is a big difference from the pictures. The bathroom tiles are stained and cracked, and the wooden floor creaks when stepped on. I reported it to the front desk and they said the stains could not be cleaned. They promptly changed us to another slightly better room. The automatic lifting curtains could not be pulled down before going to bed. Someone had to step on the table to pull them down, but I didn't expect it was a screen window. I was awakened by the glaring sunlight early the next morning. There is only one elevator, and there is a smell of moldy carpet inside. There is no ventilation equipment. It smells sick and I will not come again.
