When I checked in, the male receptionist said that if I placed an order on Ctrip, they would also get a commission and I could check out at 4pm (Ctrip is more expensive than some tour groups). So I stayed for almost a week and used Ctrip to book. I didn't want to extend my stay today, and they called me at 14:45 to ask if I would extend it. After packing up, I went down at around 3pm and he said I had to pay 40. It was hilarious. He even showed off his complaint phone number to me and asked me to complain to her. I have always been nostalgic for a hotel, but I have no good impression of it from 2018 to 2024. I will never go there again. It's just because of this maggot!

The room was OK, with a big bay window and a snack street next to it. The only problem was that the anti-lock on my room door was that it was broken. I asked a passing staff member and they said that the hole was not drilled properly. It took me a long time to lock it, and it took a lot of force.

I spent two pleasant nights with my husband. It was only 1 stop away from Phuket Old Street. It is recommended to walk to get there instead of taking the subway, because Phuket The corridor inside the station is very long and tiring.

I stayed here for two nights during a three-day and two-night trip. Overall, it was OK, but there is still room for improvement in the room accessories. For example, after arriving in the afternoon on the first day, the TV was not turned on due to time constraints. After returning to the hotel in the evening, I found that the TV could not receive the signal (the TV box received the signal), so there was no TV to watch all night long and the supply of toilet paper and paper towels was limited. The next day, I wrote down the relevant issues and informed the front desk staff to follow up (I went back to drink in the evening to confirm that they had been followed up), but on the way back to the evening, I found a ten-inch Mickey Mouse in another room walking quickly in front of us🥶, which scared me. The two children yelled, and then another problem occurred in the room. The toilet was clogged. But the staff said that the maintenance man had gone off work. They originally gave the toilet to another room for temporary use, but on the third morning they said that the room had already been occupied by guests and could no longer be used. , we have two female guests who have to use the public toilet.
