Very nice cosy hotel, I liked the design of my room very much, it was quite simple but cute. I travelled with a friend, 2-beds room was our choice. Beds were big enough, clean and quite comfortable. The reception only needs your green health code to enter.

The hygiene is really average and it's not cleaned every day. Anyway, the garbage on the wash basin and table is not collected. The first time I asked to change the sheets, I was refused. They said that their hotel stipulates that they only change the sheets every few days, and the water pressure is not strong enough. I thought it was a Home Inn, a chain hotel, which should be better, but it was really bad. The service is not good, the hygiene is not good, and the breakfast is not good either. The receptionist was also talking to him, completely ignoring him and ignoring the fact that there was a customer in front of him, and just kept talking to himself. This is my worst experience in Shenzhen.
