深圳北駅からすぐ（と言ってもゆっくり歩くと7-8分かりますが）の好立地ながら、入口が分かりづらい。。。 一度分かれば、近くて使いやすいとなりますが、最初が大変。
部屋は、私が泊まったのは最上階で、たしかにメゾネットタイプで2階にもシャワーやトイレがあって、この値段としては広すぎてすごいと思いますが、全体的には使い古され感があります。決して高級な感じではなく、中国の普通の友人の家に泊まりに来た感じ。 まあ、ただ、この値段で、この立地なので十二分かとは思いますが。
