St. Regis Shenzhen Review Location & Accessibility: The hotel offers a prime location with stunning views of Luohu, especially from the higher floors. It is conveniently close to high-end malls, making shopping and dining options easily accessible. However, navigating the hotel can be a bit inconvenient due to the need to transfer between floors to reach certain areas. Room & Amenities: Our room on the 85th floor was spacious, modern, and equipped with a super king-size bed that was exceptionally comfortable. The mechanized room controls, operated via a tablet, allowed for effortless management of lighting, temperature, and other settings, adding a high-tech touch to our stay. The bathtub was a favorite feature, especially for our child, making bath time a fun experience. Family-Friendliness: While the room itself was family-friendly, the hotel could benefit from a dedicated children's play area, as this would enhance the overall experience for families with young children.

Great hotel we had a little mix up at check in and didn’t get the correct room. We booked 1 king with 1 single with an extra bed for my 11yr old but ended up with just a king, so the hotel gave us 2 temporary beds and gave us free breakfast to make up for it so that was good otherwise it was a great place to stay. We didn’t get a chance to try any of the restaurants or pool but did get a chance to try out the gym which was good.

Good location, next to the shopping mall and metro station. It is easy to access. The view from the lobby is incredible and absolutely breathtaking.

It was definitely a wonderful 2D1N with family (kid friendly) stay. We had a great night staying at St.Regis above level 80 and with breakfast at level 95 was certainly amazing. The staff are friendly and helpful and very willing to provide supports. Location wise is super close to main streets and many shopping malls (KK Mall) with walking distance. Room wise was so much clean and spacious, my daughter had so many fun in the room. One comment could be even better the room TV and tech sides could get further improve. Overall a great deal!

A fan of St. Regis brand but this stay was a real turned off with many staff’s unwell trained, slow in service, internal staff miscommunication, and poor air conditioning in the room and even the lifts. Just for example, I intended to arrange a surprise birthday cake for my girl’s birthday dinner at the highly rated buffet on the 95/F, but the staff said there wasn’t at the first response and not checking first. After we had a heated conversation, they found the cake. Knowing it’s a birthday cake, they still send out to the table without a lightened candle, I bet it’s bad luck too! Called for some amenities (a few bath towels) to be delivered to the room takes more than 10mins. The butler service wasn’t perfect, there was a hiccup in handling our outside delivery which was requested to the pool but went to the room instead. The shower had poor drainage and resulted in minor flooding in the washroom which made us slip wearing the poor grip hotel slippers. Room’s air conditioning was poor even at highest power and coldest temperature. Didn’t expect my stay at St Regis will be such an unexpected poor experience.

Our two-day stay at this hotel was wonderful and unforgettable. We were delighted to receive a complimentary room upgrade and birthday cake, and all the hotel's facilities are excellent. We will definitely consider returning on our next visit.

got upgraded with one room with children decorations. the butler service was a tad slow at delivering our initial drinks. both rooms were on the same floor but opposite end. Breakfast spread was huge and even ice cream included for breakfast, the freshly squeezed juice were put in an awkward position so submerged onto the ice bath, not drinkable. Could provide more children play room facilities
