Situated at the CBD of SZ, The Ritz Carlton provided us with a remarkable memory for our celebration for anniversary & happy birthday. Special thanks go to professional staff including Annie Fu, Erick Lu, Kylie, Molly, Mark, Jimmy, Mandy, Fiona, ... etc,,who took care of our stay. The cheerful day started from the “birthday cakes rain” in WeChat from Annie😄 Facilitated by her, the room was upgraded to a spacious room with interior celebration decoration as well as the stunning view of the CBD. The room setting was comfortable and the services at the club lounge on 26/F was excellent! We love the bathtub with LED TV by the window. Through the relaxing but cool staycation, we enjoyed 5 meals at the Club lounge on and a buffet breakfast on 2/F. We got great time too at the pool, sauna, & gym room, and surprisingly got a tasting cocktail at the lobby at 6-7pm. Erick was also another one key person of our amazing customer experience 😊 He is decent, humble, presentable, and friendly. The overall customer experience / journey of this stay was fab! It would be great if the hotel put more effort on general dining food taste & hygiene standard (especially the buffet restaurant Flavorz on 2/F), as well as upgrading the architecture maintainence (especially the lobby lounge ONYX on 1/F and partially in the room) which is generally ageing. Could also consider if replacing the traditional toilets as the advanced auto e-toilets in the washroom of the room. We like the staff services most and would definitely revisit again!

This is the first time I stayed with Ritz Carlton and I believed that Ritz Carlton will be my ONLY CHOICE for my all coming trips. Their service is excellent ! Their service is full of care and loves!!!! First, I got extra bottles of water in my room from "MIKE" from Ritz Carlton under this extreme hot weather , with writing a notes to me which is reserved for my son and husband and wish me enjoying already shown their care to my family! Secondly, when I called the hotline to get additional pillows, I am surprised and really impressed being asked what kind of pillows I want and bring to me in very short time. Thirdly, I ask for help since I feel the freezer is not cold enough, their helper bring me a full size freezer to my room!!!! How impressed to me ! And I also can buy ice-cream into my room which make me feel like home!!!!! I hope I can have the same arrangement next time...haha... Last but not least, I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED all my friends and families chose Ritz Carlton being the FIRST CHOICE!!!! Thanks Ritz Carlton Shenzhen Team!!!! I will be back again soon!!!!

This's one of the best experience I've ever had with Ritz-Carlton. Great location, excellent services and nice decor. The executive Lounge is young and vibrant; in contrast, the atmosphere is tranquil and enjoyable. Thanks to the impeccable service of Eric and Eva, we enjoyed one of the best holidays in years. The selection of wine is slightly disappointing, but the food is quite nice. I highly recommend the Eggs Benedict from Flavorz.

Great place to stay, staff are so friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived and checked in, and everyone in the lounge are nice and kind also.

A wonderful hotel which I come again since last Saturday. The location is excellent S it is just next to the MTR station. The facilities including swimming pool and gym are very great. The services provided are really perfect especially their staff, Mr Spenser. Will come shortly again.

The club lounge has a nice view of the city, and the afternoon tea was good, but the room was small for a family stay. The outdoor pool was cool and enjoyable for kids. Overall stay was lovely.

The location of the hotel is just a few minutes' walk from the nearest shopping center. There are plenty of fine dining restaurants as well as a supermarket nearby. The room itself is spacious, and the hospitality is good, too. since there is a bit delayed in checking in, the front desk colleague offers a free buffet breakfast for my kids. I will definitely recommend Ritz Carlton to my friends and relatives.

We had a great time and experience at the Ritz Carlton. Starting from the check in, we felt the friendliness and proactiveness from the staff. We appreciated for acknowledging our requests and arrangement had been made accordingly . We would like to special thanks for the staff from the executive lounge, they were all very kind and attentive to the guests! Especially Kylie, she was very observant and detailed to the guests, her kind gesture really made our stay even more memorable! Great job to all the staff who took care of us during our stay!

The staff is so friendly and take care of us so well. Her name is Annie fu. She recommended us where should we go in Shenzhen which is quite useful. Also, the location of the hotel is quite good.

The best place you can ever reside in Shenzhen. The rooms are clean, and has all the utilities you need, thank you all the stuff, especially Mr Spencer, are welcomed and professional and they know what the guests want :)

Had a really good time at Ritz Carlton in Shenzhen. The front desk upgraded us and was very polite and caring. Overall all the service was excellent. I did do some washing by hand and to my surprise the cleansing staff observed that I had washed my clothes and left a message (attached in the photo) to let me know she left me a bottle of washing liquid. These are the little attention to detail that makes my stay very nice. Big rooms and good location… excellent stay Thank you

Hotel location is good close to MTR. Garden view room can see the pool and nearby malls. We had breakfast and dinner buffet in the hotel with lots of food varieties and tasted delicious, would like to send my commendation to the restaurant team especially Ella for their good services.
