The facility was good, all equipment was there but the only pity point is that the hotel is quite old, therefore you will see and know that the hotel was existed for quite a long period. But overall it is a good hotel with excellent location

My 2nd visit already. Booked executive suite and got a free upgrade to studio suite. Room was clean and spacious. Enjoyed happy hour and breakfast at the Club Lounge on 24/F, a great space with full of privacy and tranquility. Hotel staff are courteous and helpful. Special thanks to the Lounge Manager, Ms. Berry Liang, for her attentive service. Look forward to coming back soon.

great service！quite satisfactory with spacious room and delicious buffet. Good quality of fitness facilities and awesome swimming pool. Very convenient to travel to any main business areas.

Welcomed with someone opening the door. Very friendly staff and they could speak English which was lovely. The breakfast was amazing, with loads of variety from western to Chinese. Many options and a big variety. Location is good. Close to many malls and attractions. The hotel room was a lovely size and the bed was so comfortable.

The hotel's location is great, and the staff were attentive. Restaurant was a bit crowded in morning session but we were able to have a table within waiting for more than 5 minutes. The only thing can be improved would be the possible drainage seepage right outside our toilet which resulted in an unpleasant odor. Other than that, wonderful stay and would definitely consider booking here again.

We spent one night. The bathroom was amazing either way the nice one-man tub and powerful shower head. Very clean and spacious. We got a late-check out extension. Great!
But the corridor did smell a bit stuffy and stale.

Very nice staffs with great service, good breakfast on 1st floor.
Super easy access to other shopping center as well as MTR line 1 and line 4 from G/F. That’s right, subway access directly hotel without getting your feet wet!
