Fair enough

The staff are very friendly and very helpful, reception at level 2, not a glamorous ones but the staff are equip to get things done . Last but not least , I have tried check in HKG and China , both country need to have your full name as per your passport for your booking .

I would like to advise Trip to actually check on these hotels. They lie on their pictures and sell a false presentation of the actual space. This hotel costs way more than it should be unfortunately,I'll state the following reasons: • I found the receptionist sleeping in the same space where I was checking in • There was a dirty white bed white sheet right in the reception as well. • The room is not as it seems on the pictures. Not clean at all. • The bed sheets were probably not washed because I still smelt someone else's body odour on them. I even got a rash on my face because of the "dirty" pillow. • The electric window blinds didn't work at all. So I was putting on a show for everyone to see basically. • You cant manually switch off the air conditioner. If this hotel is rated above 4,I suggest you bring your agents to asses it again. You'll probably want to take a COUPLE OF STARS after you see it 🤮. Worst money ever spent in China. Got ripped off basically...

Highly recommend. Neat and tidy room. However, it is not too close to the mtr station.

It was good location and it is ok room.the bed is not much comfortable . But i can say not bad ,good place close to metro ,for the price it is high

It turned out to be the stench emanating from the sofa (the staff said it was because the previous guest's bathtub was filled with diarrhea, and it was not sunny recently so he couldn't take it out to bask in the sun). Even after using air freshener, it did not improve. I also tried to coordinate the room adjustment with the staff. The staff said that because the room was the largest size of the hotel and there was no room of the same type, they could not change the room. In the end, they had to move the sofa out of the room, making it impossible to sit down. I hope the hotel will strengthen inspections on the cleanliness of the room. , should avoid placing orders under such circumstances and deceiving consumers. Room Decor: The starry sky theme in the room with cheap wallpaper and projector lights did not live up to expectations. The so-called city view is just looking at the windows of neighboring buildings, with no view of streets and shops at all. You can view the photos for details. It is basically impossible to open the curtains because you will see the residents opposite. Hygiene issues: It was found that hotel towels were placed on the ground on the back stairs, which was in poor hygiene. There was a pile of dust at the air-conditioning outlet that had not been cleaned. The wall near the bedside was covered with dust. Toilet problems: The toilet shower has insufficient water pressure and makes noise when used. The water pressure fluctuates and sometimes only hot water is available. Facilities issue: I should have at least a refrigerator in a basic hotel/serviced apartment room, but this one is not available, which is very inconvenient. Basically, these problems have affected my overall experience of this hotel, and the price is very unreasonable and the price is super low. I hope the hotel can improve the corresponding problems and provide a better accommodation experience. I also hope that trip.com, as an ordering website, should inspect it.
