難以稱上是酒店，疑似私人租上租，登記check in及鎖卡都沒有，到了樓下有一個人直接帶我們上房，只有一條簡陋的鎖匙。冷氣不夠，出風口大片發黑，鼻子整晚不舒服。門框、木櫃多處霉爛，淋浴間沒有門或浴簾，水潑到整個廁所都是。浴室及客房都見有小蟑螂，毛巾及床單被鋪眼見有明顯污跡，疑有床蚤，身體痕癢徹夜難眠。雖則我們是即晚尋時找的，但如此糟糕的體驗真的人生首次，慎選。

場所は問題なく素晴らしい。スタッフは良くやってくれますし、彼の地の方にしてはフレンドリーです。エレベーター前にビルのガードマンがいて、予約確認が取れないと上にあげてくれません。なんちゃってじゃなくまじ対応です。部屋は広くてびっくりしました。調度は昭和のハトや風。香港側の山並みが見える部屋にあたればラッキーですね。

房間很好，可以看見香港。
在這附近住過好幾次，這家酒店是我住過的性價比最高的了，主要是房間特別特別寬敞，冷氣很足，採光很不錯。

住的31層，房間比較大，也比較乾爽，就是設施有點老舊，夜裡總感覺有點聲音，不知道哪出來的聲，其餘都還好，交通很方便，離地鐵很近，邊上的大家樂餐廳套餐也挺好的

樓下進入要登記証件，感覺安全。
要去某樓層找客服，再到其他樓層入住，客服有禮，房間比較老舊，房間有灰塵，雪櫃有水漬都不敢用，浴室水力足夠，冷氣可調節式夠冷，床都舒適，但枕頭太軟，瞓到頸痛。
酒店位置非常好，近羅湖關閘及羅湖村，購物飲食非常便利。
