The dedicated projection screen was flat and wrinkle-free, with excellent anti-light performance, so movies looked great even during the day without needing to draw the blackout curtains. The projector had good brightness and resolution, delivering a clear, detailed picture with true-to-life colors, making high-definition movies look fantastic. Phone screen mirroring was incredibly stable, connected quickly, and had no lag or disconnections. Spending evenings lounging in bed, catching up on shows or watching old movies, was so relaxing and comfortable. Overall, this hotel offers incredible value for money; it's clean, the service is warm, and the facilities are brand new. Absolutely top-tier for its price!

Unlike regular white-wall projections, the dedicated anti-light screen effectively filters ambient light, so the picture remains clear and bright even with natural daylight, and the colors are vibrant and full. It truly doesn't affect the viewing experience at all. The screen is massive, covering an entire wall, providing an amazing immersive feel. The system comes with built-in memberships to all major streaming platforms, offering free access to a vast library of content, which is incredibly thoughtful as there are no extra charges. The screen mirroring function is also very stable.

The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and their service spoke volumes – they were super friendly, and the TV quality was excellent. The shower had great water pressure and hot water came out quickly, which was fantastic! They even upgraded us to a king-sized bed, which we really appreciated. The only minor drawback is that the school downstairs can be a bit noisy during class changes. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Shenzhen.

The room was decent and very clean, with excellent soundproofing. The staff were absolutely amazing! We troubled them quite a bit during our stay. On our first day, my boyfriend had a fever, and the fever patches we bought weren't cool enough. Luckily, the hotel had refrigerators. This meant we needed things brought to our room multiple times throughout the night, often in the middle of the night. Despite the late hours, their service attitude never deteriorated, nor did their speed. On the contrary, the staff always delivered things quickly and with an incredibly friendly demeanor. They knocked and spoke in soft, gentle tones! Any questions we had during our stay were answered very promptly. On the day we checked in, I accidentally spilled something on the duvet, and the staff immediately helped me replace it. I can't recommend this place enough!
