非常棒的的酒店，前台和親子餐廳/樂園的服務非常棒，但是中餐廳卻有瑕疵。
前台的黃育玲小姐和Aiden小徐，非常專業也非常熱情周到。
親子餐廳的兩位小姐姐也是非常耐心細緻，親子餐廳樂園也是孩子們的好去處，物超所值。
要吐槽的地方，就是中餐廳。晚上，帶兒子欲從西門去外面用餐，結果被中餐廳外吧枱的熱情小姐姐攔下（這樣努力為公司留住客人的僱員很難得），建議我們在他們的中餐廳用餐，成人180，小童低於1.2m免費。因為我並不清楚兒子實際多高，她估算我兒子應該低於1.2m，所以説服了我們進入餐廳坐下來用餐，結果一個貌似經理的中年婦女過來，上下打量了我孩子半天，提出要我兒子去外面量身高。孩子聽説要量身高特別興奮，過去踮起腳兒挺起胸膛，量出來的高度剛剛超過1.2m，我對那個中年婦女説，鞋子也是有一定高度的。結果，她説什麼，“你如果説他沒有1.2m的，那麼你就把鞋子脱掉量。” 我想，她是不是搞錯了，不是我們硬要進入你們餐廳用餐的，是你們請我們進來的，你叫我兒子脱掉鞋子量高度，這叫傷害性不高，侮辱性極強，我立刻失去了同她講下一句話的慾望，那一刻真的很憤怒。
在此事件發生以前，龍崗皇冠假日算是我住過的軟硬件數一數二的IHG酒店之一，但是這一晚，讓人非常掃興。
當天晚上，就發了郵件給酒店，不過很遺憾，目前為止酒店沒有任何人對此事給出回覆。 這也許就表明了是酒店待客的態度。
