The front desk was very friendly and willing to help us up with the booking of a taxi. He was very fluent in his languages like English Chinese and Cantonese. We also got a high floor (21) when we requested for it.

perfect hotel for a longer stay in Shenzhen, clean and quiet. extend 2 times for change of plan and staff was always available for help.

Excellent location. Just next to MTR Station (红岭南站) and close to SZ Grand Theater. The staff are very polite. Room is fine, meeting my expectation.

One of the great hotels I stayed in the recently.
Hotel room and the surroundings are very clean & tidy.
Reception and hotel staff are very friendly and helpful.
Very good car parking space.

Location is great with a subway station at side. The lobby looks good, but the room amenities are old without any refurnishing. Breakfast is outsourced to a third party, now owned by the hotel.

Good location short walk to MIXC mall and hub, subway and cafes. Apart from this standout, really not much else to talk about the hotel.

Nothing much around this hotel and it's about a 10 minute walk to the subway station

2 metro stops next to the hotel, easy access; big shopping mall (Kkmall) is around, no worries in finding food. Though the hotel is a traditional one and old, but the cleanliness is up to standard. Worth to give it a try if in a budget.
