I like their robot service very much. The room service is great! When I requested for a shaver, the robot delivered fast and communicated with me politely 👍 It's very clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The manager showed us around, and the assistant manager, Mr Chen helped us to book didi car service. He also helped to load our luggage into the car. Mr Chen can speak English as well, overall a pleasant experience. Very excellent! 👍

Nice hotel in Futian. Rooms are spacious, staff is friendly and location is good. I’d recommend this to anyone staying in Futian.

Hotel looks like some old Hunan hotel, but it was very clean and the staff were very helpful and nice

Near and clean with modern look . It was like we were living in our own house . Kids room have a projector to watch tv or movies . I am absolutely looking forward to returning to this hotel with my family in the near future.

Very convenient hotel .. nice food (not a lot of western options but still very delicious. We upgraded our toom the next day and they immediately helped us! Very nice hotel would recommend it for anyone!
