Chen, Jian were very helpful as I was a new comer in the town. The room was really good. I had a very nice stay in this hotel. The laundry room helped me to wash my cloths at free of cost. Hope to come back soon.

I preferred it because of its score, but I was disappointed when I saw it. It's not a very bad hotel, but I don’t think it deserves this score. A reasonable hotel.

Since the shower and toilet are in the same cabin, the toilet is constantly wet and slippery.
They combined two separate beds and made a big bed
Cigarette smoke and smell come from the shower ventilation
The inside of the room looks old

The room is big enough for 1-2 people. You have the option to take a room with windows or not. The bathroom is decent as well and most importantly the location is superb. Subway is just about 100 meters away and is just about 1km walk from the electronics hub. Would love to stay here again if im back in shenzhen

The hotel's location is excellent—it's close to many restaurants, shopping malls, and the subway station, making it very convenient.
The room itself was okay, but the cigarette smell was extremely strong. Even though I specifically booked a non-smoking room, the odor was so bad that I could hardly sleep. If you're sensitive to smoke, this may not be the best choice. But if you're a smoker, you probably won't have any issues and may find this hotel suitable.
