老酒店設施已OUT了

There was a small accident during my stay. I left an umbrella at the hotel. But the front desk called me right after I checked out, which was very fast. But I had already left, so I could only go back to get it on the 27th the day before yesterday. I would like to thank Emily, the front desk clerk on the 27th (if I read it correctly). Although she was a newcomer, she needed to consult her colleague next to her on how to deal with it after hearing my problem. Although she couldn't find it, she kept explaining and looking for it slowly. In the end, it was all thanks to her that we were able to find it. Thanks for the thumbs up! But her colleague gave people a very sophisticated and unkind attitude. This kind of employee, apart from being experienced, doesn't deserve 5 stars just for that attitude... and isn't smart either. She told me my name and check-in date, but she still asked which room I was staying in that day? I think she needs more training.

I booked it for my colleague, who said it was OK. Although the renovation took a little while, the transportation was convenient and the price was reasonable. I will book it again next time if I go to nearby for business.

Very good, I booked it for my relatives. There were too many people coming and my house couldn't accommodate them, so I booked a hotel near home. The transportation is very convenient, the parking lot is large, and the morning tea on the second floor is good. It is worth recommending!
