Except location, everything else is a disaster specially breakfast, TV, swimming pool, old equipment, etc.

Rooms nice, would be better to have separate shampoo and shower gel. Breakfast ok, need some juice and toast. Noisy at night, I wish people had respect for other people at night. It’s a strange concept for me, back home, if it’s later than 9pm, people return to their rooms quietly, so not to disturb others. There were many families shouting across rooms, children running around, after 11pm, was difficult to sleep.

If you’re looking for a place just to sleep, then sure this is the place. However given that there were no other amenities available you might as well book the cheaper and closer apartments by the beach. Breakfast was a total waste of money if you’re a westerner. It was just heavy greasy food, and mostly Chinese style, with nothing but milk as a beverage. The only thing I liked was the cute tent they had and stuffed animal they had which the kids liked.

Overall, it's average. The front desk service needs to be improved. Tourist attractions in the peak tourist season expect to provide more local characteristic services and value-added services. The cost performance is not high and needs to be improved.

The room is elegantly designed and the surrounding environment is relatively quiet. However, the sound insulation is insufficient and you can hear laughter from other rooms. The air conditioner is cold enough and quiet, but there is no refrigerator, so you can't drink cold drinks in summer. I don't know how to handle digital TV channels, but the waiter was attentive, explained in detail, and had a good attitude. There is a buffet breakfast, the food will change styles, the appearance will not be monotonous, and the price is affordable. Overall, the price is reasonable and I am quite satisfied.

The most exciting part is here. I went out to play for an afternoon the next day. Before leaving, I was told not to turn off the air conditioner, clean the room, and change the water and towels. I came back at nearly 12 o'clock in the evening. First of all, when I got to the room, I found that the garbage placed at the door was untouched, so I didn't take it seriously. As a result, I couldn't get in with the room card, so I ran back to the front desk. She said that this is the power card, of course I can't get in. Oh, I'm from your hotel room, so I know exactly what kind of card this is. Secondly, this is the card that the service staff put in the power area when I changed rooms yesterday. I didn't open the door when I changed rooms. Okay, I can understand and accept this. 酒店衛生程度不是很好，入住檢查酒店床單，檢查咗一半床單有少許皺，不以為然半夜瞓覺，突然腳好有啲嘢好痕，打開腳尾床單特別皺紋，還有少少少量沙粒。不知為何會這樣？我在想是不是服務員沒有換床單？我同服務員反映，最後換了另外間房，當我檢查床單嘅時候，發現有頭髮絲。我細心摸腳尾嘅床單，不知為何又有超微小沙？但冇辦法，還好過之前嗰張好似有嘢咬腳，整體睡得不好。 每次上樓出𨋢樓層都好大氣味，酒店感覺比較舊，晚上反映只有一位服務員。
