Very big and beautiful room compared to the price. The hotel provided tons of water for us which was super awesome! Staffs are very friendly and helpful ,although they don’t speak English but they really try to communicate. Location was in walking distance of the metro. Many restaurants and convenience stores nearby.

Great location, plenty of food within walking distance. There are several wholesale buildings in the area: electronics, cosmetics etc. Yannan metro is the nearest, there are other metro lines a little further. Still very convenient to get around. Stayed 3 nights and was offered free upgrade. 😊

OVERALL , I am very satisfied with the place. It is clean , good area , convenient , quiet and east to get to anywhere. Near to subway. Many restaurant and mini market around the area. The people are friendly and helpfull , the only thing that is little ( not so good ) just the fridge since it is too small and old BUT basically since i do not use it , it is fine with me. BUT if I were to visit shenzhen again , I am 100% will stay again in this service apartment that I think it is really nice and good.....95% satisfied. Hope they will keep it CLEAN and GOOD SERVICE

It is convenient to get to from Shenzhen North train station. The first night I did not like the room, but they changed me to a much nicer room the next day. The pictures make the space appear to be larger, but it was nice. I was disappointed that there were no utensils to eat or cook with, but the area has several places to eat, and is walking distance to many shops and a mall with high-end stores. The service is excellent as they are attentive to your needs. The price is a bit high for what you receive, but overall a decent experience.

I booked the same room type on the first day and the second day, but the cleanliness of the room arranged for the second day was really disgusting. I went out early in the morning to play in Chimelong for a day and was really tired. The elevator was crowded and slow, so I didn’t change it. I had to live in my room for a whole night, and there was a big cockroach hanging on the floor when I entered the door. It was still hanging there, and I had to be very near-sighted to not see the dead cockroach when I was cleaning. The inside and outside of the refrigerator were visibly dirty, but there was still food that needed to be put there. Fortunately, the refrigerator has an outer packaging bag, otherwise it really can't be used. The refrigerator is not plugged in. I moved the refrigerator and plugged it in. There are dust and cobwebs underneath. It looks like a room that is occupied and cleaned every day, and the bathroom is more It's hard to describe. I used to stay in another apartment in their building. I booked into your apartment by mistake that day and the experience was terrible. Later after I checked out, the customer service contacted me and asked me how I felt about the experience. I wanted to give it a good review, and the customer service attitude was very good.
