It was a terrible hotel. Photo of the reception lobby shown on trip.com app was completely different from the actual property. Most of the rooms were empty with all doors open of other rooms at night . It looked like a ******* hotel. Money exchange facility was not available. Construction was going on outside the hotel . Terrible experience will never stay again Staff did not know english

This is a convenient hotel even though there is Construction work outside the Hotel front door which blocks the way. Amazingly the room facilities and cleanliness is much better than the Corridor which is a bit old and wearing out. The buffet is OK with adequate selection of food variety. Can watch HK TVB programmes which is out of expectation. Cost effective is one of the Advantage as well as comfortable king size bed for good sleep.

This is my second time staying in this marvelous hotel.

The location is good, its quite near the metro station however the cleanliness of the hotel is terrible. My room still had some trash under the bedside table and some trash on top of the mirror in the bathroom and whats worse is that 2 towels were wet. If you are not a smoker, this is not a good hotel for you because the room is soaked in cigarette smell and the furniture’s have burnt marks from the cigarettes.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in in Vienna. The environment is poor and old, not as good as those 100-year-old hotels. The door to the room was always open before opening the room, and the environment inside was very poor.

The decoration of the hotel is old, the 18th floor is high-rise but the windows are small, it is not convenient to see the outside scenery. The worst problem was that the air conditioner was not strong enough. We changed to another room, but the air conditioner sounded a bit loud. If you are a light sleeper or poor sleeper, consider carefully. Hairdryers were a bit out of order. The advantage is that there are many night snack shops nearby, and there are many choices for eating. It is recommended to redecorate as soon as possible, once the subway is built. , the location is good, the future can be expected.
