Vienna Hotel (Shenzhen Futian Fuhua)

Excellent. Great location. The laundry room even has staff to help with washing clothes, and it's also very convenient to order takeout.

The room was quite clean, and the front desk staff (the young lady) had an excellent service attitude. It was a comfortable stay and offered great value for money.

The duvet was incredibly dirty, probably with oil stains. Since the duvet cover didn't fully encase it, I could clearly see two large oil stains right on the comforter.

Excellent stay! The location is fantastic, right across from the subway station. The hotel environment is great, and the service attitude is also very good. Overall, it's very good value for money. Highly recommended! Regarding the late check-out until 2:00 PM (subject to room availability): they proactively offered it, which is a big plus.

I want to express my sincere gratitude to the hotel's front desk staff, especially Liu Ziqi. I was traveling alone during the holidays, and yesterday morning, I suddenly felt dizzy and started vomiting. I couldn't manage on my own, so I called the front desk, and they took me to the hospital. The staff member, Liu Ziqi, was incredibly patient. While at the hospital, she continuously helped me with payments, handed in my paperwork, and waited with me for over an hour for the CT results. She even bought me breakfast with her own money when she found out I hadn't eaten. I am so thankful to have met her during such a helpless time. I truly hope the hotel recognizes and rewards her for her exceptional service! On another note, the sink was leaking, and I don't understand why toiletries like toothbrushes were placed directly under it. All the trays were covered in water. It would have been much more convenient to place them on the countertop. If it weren't for Liu Ziqi, I would have been quite dissatisfied with the hygiene facilities. Also, the soundproofing in the room was a bit poor; I could hear conversations from the hallway. However, the surrounding shops weren't noisy.

I stayed for three nights, and when I first entered the room, the bedding hadn't been changed. There was hair from the previous guest on it, and the bathroom walls had hair stuck to them, seemingly from towels used to wipe the floor. The toilet paper holder was covered in dust, which I had to wipe for a long time with a tissue. There were even double eyelid stickers left by a previous guest on the sink, and the floor was very dirty, as if it hadn't been mopped. Please check carefully before checking in.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and accommodating with all requests. The hotel's location is very close to the subway. Couldn't fault a thing.
