Very nice room for family. The room is big enough for 4 adults. It’s clean and comfortable.

1. Best location ! Very near laojie and railway station ! 2. Room very clean and bed and pillows are comfortable! 3. Receptionists are very professional and NanMu 楠木 provide great quality service! 4. Amenities are good and provide enough drinking water 5. We love that Atour help to keep our luggage when we check out.

Very excellent hotel with friendly staff Mr Luo Ming who check in for us and explained good details of the surrounding of the area for site visit. Besides, they give us a late check out at 2pm so that we could arrange our day afterwards. Definitely come back again for our next visit.

The staff at Atour Hotel Shenzhen Luohu Diwang, especially Ruo Guan, provided outstanding service during our stay. From a friendly greeting at check-in to arrangements for luggage storage when taking an excursion to Hong Kong, the staff was exceptional and efficient in meeting our every need. We chose this hotel because of its central location in Shenzhen, and found it to be very conveniently located near Grand Theatre Subway Station and a variety of neighborhood shops and two large shopping malls all within easy walking distance from the hotel. We also made use of the hotel's self-service guest laundry which was a much welcomed amenity during our two week vacation.

Nice hotel.Good choice for breakfast (even have open kitchen to cook soup noodles). The staffs were helpful and efficient (especially 蕭珊& the receptionist who worked on 20th Feb night). Approx 10min walk to KK mall.

It was a money-wasted stay in this hotel When we checked in, the receptionist told us there was an internet issue, but the TV and internet were fixed and would work in a few hours. after all, we found no refrigerator & even the AC is not working in the room, they sent us a dusty machine without cleaning it, which makes me extremely allergic!!!! the worst hotel I have ever stayed in! please don't book this hotel !!!

I have a very good experience in this hotel. Very nice and comfortable. Very clean and friendly staff. I even got a late check out at 5 PM. It’s fantastic. The receptionist counter is superb. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Had a very good stay in this hotel! The staff at the counter, esp 三强，is very polite and helpful to guide us. The room we booked is clean and comfortable. The location is very convenient

Location: 9/10 The hotel is located in a central location within walking distance to dongmen, kk100 and mixc and many eateries nearby. For luohu, I think it is a good location. Room: 7/10 It is relatively new and clean. Love the swivel chair that is very comfortable when working in the hotel room. However, the room lacks a safe and a fridge which are essentials that I require. Aircon takes awhile to cool down. Bed is comfortable but windows are not cleaned from inside and outside. Amenities: 9/10 the free use of washer and dryer is an attractive point to stay here. However, the gym is old and does not have a workout bench for use of the dumbbells. Breakfast is relatively simple and decent. Similar to mumianhua (5* hotel). However, it could have more western items like sausages, baked beans and ham but I understand they do cater to more domestic travellers. Overall, a decent hotel to stay at.

Always love Atour facility. Especially the washing machines part with dryer. We don't need take a lot of clotches. And the location also very strategic if you want to go shopping at Luohu Dongmen. Just walk for 10 minutes.
