ZTL Hotel Shenzhen

The hotel is conveniently located near the metro station, dining options, and shopping areas. The staff are friendly, professional, and helpful. The room is clean, spacious, comfortable, and well renovated, making for a pleasant stay.

Location is excellent. Located right next to 1234 Space mall which is connected to Lao Jie metro station. Short walking distance to Dongmen Pedestrian Street where you can find lots of shops, eateries/restaurants and malls. Although the hotel exterior looks old, the room is actually quite new. Great location to stay to explore Shenzhen.

The hotel is located at a very convenient location. It is surrounded with many types of eateries and restaurants. Walking distance to shopping mall and link to underground metro station. The staffs are friendly and attentive, willing to come forward to provide assistance and advise when asked. We were given a free upgrade of room, the room was generously spacious and all room amenities work well. Great place to stay to those want to be close to ' Old Street' and 'East Door'.

They allowed early check-in when we reached the hotel at 9am (15May/Friday). The room is clean, with basic amenities - Toothbrush/toothpaste, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, soap, comb, disposable shave, shower cap, cottonpad/buds. Have room slippers. Have free tea bags on 1st two days, 3rd day no more. No free coffee, not even the instant coffee kind. Have free 2x500ml bottled water per day. The room is smoke free, but the lift lobby is not smoke free. The hotel is accessible to a lot of shopping and food placea, especially at night time. The TV only show all chinese language. Very close to Laojie Station. The front desk are very accommodating and friendly. Value for money for the location. If you opt for free breakfast, they have the very basic continental and Asian breakfast. Note that the coffee is sweet and with milk (no plain black).

Receptionist Amy was very polite and accommodating with our requests! Clean and comfortable room to stay in.

Hotel location is great nearby to metro station and famous must see and eat food stuff. Walking distance to malls and restaurants. Hotel staff vey helpful and polite and cleaning staff very efficient and helpful. Was recommended by friend and will recommend to other friends to stay here.

The hotel is located very strategically near Dong Men shopping street. Just few minutes walk. Got alot of food stall. The room is big and clean with full amenities. The wayer pressure is strong and can take a comfortable shower. Nut the breakfast is average only, notich selection and the taste is below expectations. However, I will come back again for this hotel if got next trip.
