The staff are friendly and helpful @ clean room. There several restaurants are nearby hotel . The hotel doesn’t service breakfast.

I would definitely return to this hotel 100 times. The cleanliness is seamless, their front desk staff is young and helpful, their breakfast is pretty complete and the bathtub room is amazing. If you cross the street at night towards the buildings in front of the hotel you can find all kinds of delicious Chinese snacks. The closest subway station is 马安山, it's only 15 minutes by bike and about 8 minutes if you ride a taxi.

Hotel service is excellent. Facilities are outstanding. Cleanliness, Housekeeping are really good. I enjoyed their food, different menu daily. The way they are taking care of foreigners is very good. As a foreigner, without knowing the language i faced some difficulties to go around and finding location. But hotel receptionists helped me a lot to solve the same. Especially a receptionist named Xie Jing help is highly appreciable. The difficult part is, it's 2kms away from metro station. Bus stop is just outside of the hotel. It's easy to catch a taxi as well. Value for money. Whenever i visit Shenzhen, i would like to stay here.

Every time I come to Shenzhen, I stay at his house. It is clean, the cleaning lady is very polite, and the service of the beautiful front desk lady is also very good. Five-star rating!

As soon as I entered the door, the waiter greeted me politely. I had a drink and handed me a cup of warm water. It felt good. The room was clean. I went around the area and found a lot of food. The price/performance ratio was also very high.

The room is big and clean. It's very comfortable. I went out with my good friends and had a good stay. The service of the lady at the front desk was also very good. She was very gentle and pretty. The location is also good. It's not far from the subway station. There are a lot of food and drinks downstairs, and there is a pharmacy, which is very convenient.

My son likes bathtubs. It’s rare that this hotel can give him a bath. There is a massage parlor next door where I can relax. Apart from the fact that the location is a little far away and not close to the subway station and I have to take a taxi to get in and out, the price/performance ratio is very high. I will come back next time.

As always, the warm, thoughtful and meticulous service, clean and tidy rooms, clean beds!!! The security personnel are serious and responsible!!!
