Although hotel itself is a little bit worn out and the free wifi cannot use Whatsapp which many other hotel could, the hotel staff were very polite and helpful. (I.e. we checked in on Dec25th, they gave a Xmas hair clip to all of us, even the mums).
The breakfast is actually quite good and again, the staff at the restaurant also very polite and helpful which made our mothers and daughters trip more pleasant.
Rooms is spacious, beds are comfortable. Weird noise from the back balcony but if you don't open the sliding door, it is ok. A little bit of smell from the kitchen also.

The room was spacious and clean. It didn't smell of smoke and the cleaning crew came to clean the room each day. It was great!

Overall a pleasant stay. initially allocated a suite on 6/f but excessive noise from the outside a/c units as well as a broken window lock, saw us promptly moved to a 28/f suite. Rooms tidy and good size, while beds were very comfortable. Check in /out processes also very smooth. Q

Very spacious room and clean. It has bathtub in the bathroom. And many foods near the hotel. Also the customer service Ms. Pan Juan 潘娟 is very nice and helpful. But my room was a bit smelly at that time. Maybe need to improve at this point. But overall it’s nice. Thank you!

It's an apartment hotel, yet the service is amazing, the size of the room is very big and comfortable. The breakfast is also good. The staffs are very helpful and accomodating.

Wasn’t close to many places
I saw many cockroaches while I was there, so it was very dirty.
The staff don’t speak English and the security outside gave me a lot of trouble because I was a foreigner. On multiple occasions he would shout at me and refused to let me inside.

You can get to the hotel by taking Exit C of Meicun Station on the subway and walking straight, but it is more difficult to get to the door by taking a taxi.
