“I had a wonderful stay at Shenzhen Huaquiang Plaza Hotel and The rooms were so clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with all the necessary amenities. The location was perfect, offering easy access to nearby Electronics Market. What really stood out was the excellent staff Named Alyona, who speaks well in English, Chinese, and Russian,They were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Highly recommend!” AMAZING service

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, thanks largely to Hannah, who was always available and eager to assist us. She went above and beyond in guiding us to the best local restaurants, making our experience even more memorable. The hotel's location is perfect for anyone looking to visit the world's largest electronic markets, with easy access to key attractions. The staff members were incredibly friendly and attentive. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

I really like this hotel. Firstly, the transportation is very convenient, and it's easy to shop anywhere. The hotel service staff are very professional, and one of the staff, Hannah, was very helpful. Her help made me feel at home, and I am very grateful to her. I believe I will come back again

This is one of my favourite Hotels to stay.
I always found the best hospitality from the Hotel Staff and special Thanks to Mr.Jonathan who is 24 hrs available for any kind of help.
He is a very helpful person and a nice human.
So this hotel always be 2nd home for me in Shenzhen.

The hotel locates right next to train station which offers great convenience on oublic transportation The staffs provided excellent service. One of the staffs Hannah kindly assisted on delayed chrckout and sent reminders on weather etc. Would definitely recommend to solo travellers.

Clean; Beautiful view; Nice staff;
It was a good choice.
In the evening construction noise could be heard until 11 at night or later, the staff tried to figure out the problem, but it was someone outside the hotel.

It was an amazing trip. The hotel was nice and clean. And smelled good everywhere. The staff was cordial and eager to help you out. Jonathan at the reception was excellent. He tried his best to accomodate all our request plus added freebies to make our stay more memorable.
The property is well connected just above the station.
A good experience overall!

Nice hotel. I like the buffet for 168rmb. It's a good option if you want to invite your partner to a business meeting. although there are many cafes and small places to eat nearby, there are not many big restaurants. So a buffet in a hotel was a good option. Thanks, Mr.Yang for his help. Beta was also very helpful. Recommend this hotel!

Hotel is quite dated with some parts a little dirty.
Don’t choose lower category of rooms, big mistake.
Food is so so but breakfast is decent since it’s my second night in this hotel.
