二百多元一晚，應該可以好少少！賓館質素，意料之內！房間正正常常，廁所地下，好濕，應該係用完未處理(乾濕共存), 枕頭，薄得可憐，毛巾得一條，要自己到前枱取，電視接收有問題，解碼器的放置，更是一絕！日間洗澡是沒有熱水，有點過份，整體質素，不敢恭維！唯一可取是酒店下方的一間重慶麵館，食物質素可以，以及鄰近創意園！但一定不會有下次，免費也免！！

住了一晚感覺還行，空調温度可以，老闆和老闆娘也挺親切的，第二天退房出去辦事也挺方便的，門口那裡就有熱水。

很好，非常好，好就是好，什麼都好，服務好，位置好，價格好，房間好，衞生好，總之就是好，好不需要理由，但是領積分需要理由，關鍵是真的好啊，價格在這一片都是最實惠的了，好了，下次再來住，拜拜。

老闆服務很好，房間很衞生，空間不算很大，但是能理解福田中心位置寸土寸金，價格還算比較親民，交通也很偏便利，樓下就是公交，幾百米就是僑城東地鐵站，樓下很多吃飯的，很方便，值得推薦👍
