This hotel is a residential apartment so it’s not quiet. The reception was hard to find because of the taxi drop off and the receptionist didn’t speak English which made communication difficult. The first apartment they took me to was wet and dirty on floor. The second apartment the couch was damp, sink had hair, counters were not cleaned as well. The experience was terrible and I couldn’t sleep there. They then refused to refund me for both nights after I told them I was leaving. Terrible service

The location of this service apartment was great, right at Shekou. Internet signal was strong. Room size was just right for couple or solo.

Convenient location but extremely small

A little far from the city centre but close to the metro.

Check-in was a little sketchy at first but then we were checked in quickly. Our apartment was on the 1st floor and had a pungent smell which faded eventually with us just being there. The rooms and bathroom were very clean, ayis cleaned the facility daily. There was a washer with detergent, stove, refrigerator, and freezer for use; you can pay to . Overall, it was very convenient location for testing since it is a daily occurrence right now. There are several small stores, a McDonalds, Children’s hospital, and metro station nearby. The price was just right. I would stay again if I needed to stay. Luckily we didn’t have far to go when it was time to leave this hotel.

We loved staying at this hotel. The area is super family friendly area. Great little rooms with everything you need, the front desk workers are very helpful with any problems you might have.

Convenient transportation, about 5 minutes walk to the subway station. The room is clean and hygienic, but the drawers are not fully cleaned, but it is acceptable since they are not used. I stayed in an executive king room, but looking at the photos now, it seems to be no different from a modern king room. The layout and facilities are the same. Maybe it's just a different floor. The front desk service is very good and answers all questions.

I have stayed in many apartments in Shenzhen, and this one has the worst experience. The room had a damp, moldy feel, and the cabinets, refrigerator, etc. were all stained, which made me feel very uncomfortable. And as soon as I checked in, I killed three big flies in each of the two rooms, which is really exaggerated. There was a hole in the door of one room that had not been repaired. When the fourth person took a shower at night, there was no hot water supply, and the hairdryer was also very dirty. I told the front desk when I checked out that I agreed to a discount, but the experience was truly unforgettable.

This hotel is definitely the first choice for Hong Kong people to vacation in Shekou. Clean environment, advanced facilities and close to the beach. I hope to have the opportunity to stay here again next time!

The only thing is that the room is safe and dangerous. When staying in the room, a suspected employee entered the room directly in the middle of the night. There was no knock on the door. ReminderFortunately, there was someone in the room at the time. If no one was worried about theft, I reported it to the hotel staff, but their reply was that if someone accidentally entered the hotel where I live in another hotel, I need to submit a $100 deposit for refund. It is inconvenient that only Mainland Alipay or WeChat are accepted. In addition, when booking, it showed that the room would be available after two o'clock, but when I went there around 2:30, it was not available because cleaning had not been completed.
