Location seemed quite far from nightlife activities. Staff were very helpful, however, didn't seem to speak any english, but they were very patient and helped by using translation software. The room was nice, terrace and other facilities could use some TLC. Overall good value for money

Nice staff, friend servants. The breakfast is delicious. Hotel provudes the laundry/dryer for free.

Perfect for the simple traveler. Close to the subway that gets you to most of the well known attractions. I paid a little extra for breakfast and it was worth it.

Location: Exit E of Gangxia Subway Station, next to United Square, convenient for subway/parking. I stayed here during the exhibition because it was close. The environment is divided into several areas, ABC, but they are all marked. It is well done, the facilities and rooms are pretty good, the quality of breakfast needs to be improved

The front desk helped us upgrade the room for free. Overall, it was OK. The front desk service was also very good. The room decoration was very comfortable and the bed was soft. Five-star praise. I will choose this hotel next time I come to Shenzhen.

(It was like a music restaurant for people to sing karaoke) Checked in on Friday night that night and the sound of karaoke was clear and audible in the room until past twelve pm! ! ! 😓😓😓
