Helpful, friendly & caring staff (Felix, etc). Nice gym, sauna and swimming pool. Clean and good room design. Have great shopping malls of lots good food nearby.

Beautiful mountain view and pool. Located right next to a metro station and a mall with endless number of dining options. Only two metro stops from the Shen zhen North railway station.

Genpla has been my go-to hotel for a few years. The environment is quiet and traveler friendly. Subway is right downstairs (line 5) and the hotel is connected to two shopping malls. Yaki attended to us this time and she had been one of the most accommodating people I've met in this hotel. She's very polite and friendly, and her service attitude made our pleasant stay even better. The hotel is quiet, rooms are clean. Will definitely come back next time. 😊

Everything is nice and amazed

Decent location. Easy to find above a shopping mall. Another shopping mall very nearby, so a lot of options if you need something to eat. Pretty close go Shenzhen Zoo. Big rooms, but the bathroom was not as clean as one would've hopped. Would stay there again.

The hotel and the service staff are very good and friendly. Especially the front desk staff Liu Yaqi Yaki, she is very helpful and friendly to us, and provided the good service and also assisted us as needed. We have a very good experience with your hotel, the room, and the staff, will stay at your hotel again and recommend to friends too.

The service was absolutely delightful. The hotel is clear. Room service is friendly and always on time. They can even reschedule for later if needed. The manager, Terry, was very helpful from the time I arrived until my last day. He was always willing to go the extra mile to help and was super friendly! This is my go-to hotel in Shenzhen!

From the moment I checked in, the staff were welcoming and attentive, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience. The room was a delightful surprise, offering both comfort and elegance, with a cozy bed and a stunning view. The hotel's location is only 10 minutes from SZ north station, perfect for anyone takes high speed train. The on-site restaurant served exquisite meals, and the overall ambiance of the hotel was relaxing. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a memorable stay in the Shenzhen. It truly is a gem that exceeded all my expectations!

Great service by Terry to taking care of guests, impressed!
Very convenience, near subway station, restaurants and shopping mall where can come through inside of building, no need to walk and go outside espicially raining.
If I stay in Shenzhen, I will stay again in Genpla Hotel where is new, clean, good service, and good location.
