A very good stay in the hotel. Even we requested for additional bed very late, it was delivered to our room within 5 minutes, what a quick act! And the staffs at the concierge are very polite too, thank you !

The hotel was very clean with amazing service. We were served by Lychee at the reception, he is very nice and helpful.

Nice and clean hotel. Conveniently located near to shopping, eatery and metro. Front desk staffs are nice and attentive. Breakfast is above average.

Hotel was clean and tidy, good location for a short trip to North Shenzhen. The breakfast food choices was also good, there was western and Asian choices. A great bonus is that we were able to checkin at 12pm since we took and early train to Shenzhen and wanted to rest a bit before evening activities.

Good service, very generous room size, good view, Starbuck cafe in hotel, will visit again.

The Nico service attitude at the front desk is very good, very warm, the hotel facilities are relatively perfect, the shopping mall is nearby, it is also very convenient, the next stay will be preferred here!

The service is very good here. We were celebrating my girlfriend’s birthday and asked if it’s possible to upgrade the hotel room. The receptionist Lychee did us a favor with politeness and we had a great stay. Definitely will come back in the future.

The hotel was amazing, though the location was a bit far from everything since Longhua is more of a residential neighborhood. Regardless, the hotel was attached to a mall with a whole lot of options and the staff were great. Best complaints with the room, spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Entertainment selection was excellent too.
