--Second stay. This is the second time I stayed here. My family came to Shenzhen for fun, so I booked a two-bedroom supreme suite. The room smelled very bad when I stayed there for the first time. I wondered if the suite would not have such a problem. The result was still disappointing. The smell in the room was still extremely serious, with a stuffy and musty smell. Then there was the layout of the suite. Although it was called a suite, the living room was not as big as the single room when I stayed there for the first time, and the lighting in the living room was extremely dim. In addition, there were mirrors everywhere in the room. I really couldn't figure out why there were so many mirrors. In addition, the lighting in the living room was really dim. The elderly felt dizzy when they saw so many mirrors when they entered the room. The sofa in the living room also looked like it had not been cleaned for a long time. It was very dirty, but because the lighting in the living room was dim, it was not obvious at night, but it was extremely obvious during the day. The TV in the living room was also very old, with a very low resolution. The lighting in the living room was so dim that it made people feel like they were in an entertainment venue, see Figure 2. The room's equipment was also incomplete. The two bathrooms were not equipped with hair dryers. I might need to call the housekeeping department to send them over, but because it was too late that day and I had to get up early the next day, I didn't call the front desk. Finally, the hotel front desk was not professional enough. I left something in the hotel. When they called me, they even called my last name wrong. When I explained that they mispronounced my last name, the front desk just said "oh" and passed it by. I wonder how the hotel got the 4-diamond rating from Ctrip. Maybe other supporting facilities in the hotel, such as conferences and restaurants, have increased the star rating, but for the hotel rooms alone, I personally feel that it does not meet the 4-diamond rating from Ctrip.
