Location is hard to find and staff is nice but they need to use translation app. Taxi drop off was far. We had to walk to find hotel with two suitcases. Not convenient near mtr. The back alley location is hard for taxis to drop off. Hotel should post a card so we have it to show taxi. Breakfast was good. Buy at the restaurant

In order room can view city . But they give me room can ‘t see city. In 100 point . I give 55 point . Small room i think 25 usd/ night ok

The hotel was nice. Everything good. They kept the luggage’s for us for free.

Big room with amazing price, free minibar, cheap breakfast and a lot of restaurants around the corner! Ordered takeaway at the end and the driver can send the food to the front desk

Many restaurants and shops near the hotel. The hotel free one trip to ShenZhen North station and free mini bar.

Location is a little confusing as the owner has 2 hotels there in close proximity with similar names. Free transfer to Shenzhen North station was efficient and prompt. 小雅 (工号是6053) was very helpful and I would like to give her a 5 star service.

We had this hotel booked for 3 days but after 2 days my wife and I got out of there the room was very small that people at the front desk were very unfriendly they did not pick us up at the train station they did not take us to the train station so thankfully trip.com treated as good and we got our refund right away so trip.com number one that hotel not so much

It's a very neat and friendly hotel. Services are excellent including staffs serving in the breakfast room. Only downside is that the hotel is located in an alley which is kind of hard to find, even for taxi drivers?

Best hotel for the business travelers and at a beautiful location. Pick up and drop facilities are the best way of deligtness.

Around 10 mins walk from nearby metro station. Transfer service available to ShenZhen North Rail station. Room is clean

From check-in to check-out, almost perfect. I say almost due to the what looks to be recently finished construction and temporary wall on the street making it somewhat difficult to access from the main road. This hotel has thought of everything. Its nice, clean, quiet as can be, secure, comfortable, convenient, friendly staff and security and best of all cheap. Great food in the restaurant, room service or countless other options just steps from the hotel doors. Lots of convenience stores next door too. Easy to get taxis. Free shuttle to the "bei zhan" train station which is just around the corner, like 3 minutes/12 CNY by taxi. Large (my feet are shoe size is 47/12) and comfortable thick soled slippers, for once, yay! Very comfortable bed. Extra pillows and comforter in the closet. Safe in the closet to keep valuables. Decent sized dorm refrigerator that fit several large bottles of water, Gatorade and a few canned beverages. Dehumidifier. Ample A/C with control. Free WIFI. TV has USB connections (rare for hotels). All toiletries provided, if needed. Multi-adapter/charger provided in the room. Strong water pressure with very hot/cold selection and rain shower head with plenty of room for big guys to move around and stretch. Even has a high hanger bracket thing in the bathroom if you wanna steam wash/dry or hang towels. This hotel really has thought of everything. The price cant be beat. Will definitely stay here again! Note to hotel: While I had no issues conversing via speaking Mandarin, one improvement could be, staff that do not speak English could be provided with and instructed on how to use an audible language translation APP for foreign guests who do not speak Chinese, instead of guests having to bring one up at the desk themselves, especially if/when theres a que line waiting ;)
