酒店周邊環境還好，大堂有自助茶水挺好喝的，還有咖啡糖，我覺得好吃，可能是我愛喝咖啡吧，就是我到店比較早，上午到店入住酒店沒房，我等了將近半個小時才辦理的入住。前台服務挺周到的，熱情有耐心，擔心我會無聊，還主動問我要不要玩下抓娃娃，總的來説體驗還不錯，以後還會過來住

酒店環境還算挺不錯的，預訂成功之後致電諮詢路線怎麼過去，前台美女也是非常很耐心的跟我講解，告訴我應該怎麼走！從地鐵口走路過來大概800米的樣子，不遠不近！服務態度很好！夏天蚊蟲多，房間還配有電蚊香，總體體驗感還行！

來這裏住好幾次了 前台説看我來住過好多次跟我免費升級了房間 必須來個好評 娃娃機一個房間是五個遊戲幣前台多給我好幾個哈哈哈哈 房間多配了個充電器再也不用和我老婆搶着用了 浴室也是乾濕分離 房間有個小桌子 點外賣啥的都可以在上面吃很方便 之前有些酒店就沒有都不知道怎麼吃 來這裏好多次了 下次還來

第一次在trip.com訂房，對於酒店的要求很簡單，重點是乾淨，清潔。在選擇酒店時，網頁提供的相片對我的選擇占很重要位置，當我入住到柏槿酒店時，眼見到的跟網頁的照片如同一設。另外前台服務員很有禮貌，雖然未至於賓至如歸，但出入服務員都會跟你打招呼已加分。 其他方面，酒店提供的被袋和毛巾都有著歷史痕跡，應該可以讓它們退休了。房間相對比較窄，行李要放在地上。雖然從地鐵站到酒店位置只有10來分鐘，但跟高德過去的路程要穿過民居，所以開始時需要問人，所以跟我想像中有所出入。不過酒店附近有零食有鳴，對面有新開超市，超市隔離有條街有很多地道小食，所以今次是有一番新體會。

房間入住的不錯，衞生做的挺細節的。洗漱用品齊全，該有的都有，很方便。走廊很寬敞，還有壁畫裝飾看起來不錯👍主要是離公司比較近，性價比高，出差圖個方便。

咳咳，先説這個服務不能説好！是非常好 ！在入住酒店的第一天晚上大半夜的，保潔阿姨快下班了我朋友上廁所給廁所堵了，我當時也着急，打電話給前台，前台讓保潔阿姨先不要下班，去我這個房間處理一下馬桶的問題，保潔阿姨來了沒兩下子就通了，我的天當時大姐先讓我們不要着急，這種保潔阿姨第一時間是先安撫客人的情緒，不愧是經過培訓的，哈哈，挺喜歡的，酒店旁邊有一個新開的新疆羊肉串，我在房間就聞到那個香味了，所以下去吃了，特別好吃，不愧是新疆人～下次再來體驗一下，挺喜歡的，我朋友説過那個酒店之前不是這樣的，我也挺好奇之前的酒店風格哈哈。不過有點少，如果是旁邊有個商場那就非常不錯了，我不喜歡跑好遠的地方逛街，真的！
