Personnel didn't speak any English at all. Impossible to communicate considering western apps don't work. I dropped something on the floor and I had the bad luck to look under the bed. Gross.

Super clean and kind staff. Close from metro station (nanshan metro station) nearby lots of shops for lunch/dinner. Quite. I love it :-)
