The hotel signboard says the name is Yeste but on Trip app it's Astor. Some confusion there but the Chinese name is correct. The hotel uses cute robot to deliver food delivery orders to the room. the robot will greet u if u r in the lift. I witnessed the cleaning lady of the hotel scolding the robot. LoL. Room is big and clean. Hotel room comes with USB charging port but not quick charge type so do take note.

The hotel room was clean and beautiful, but the food and the bed was really bad. The food do not have many options as expected for a 4 start hotel. As for the bed, it was really hard, and the pillows do not feel like pillows.
Also, the room was facing the street and at night you can hear all the cars crossing by, really difficult to sleep. lol

Hotel is fairly popular. Called at 3am. Bus came at 3.15am and waited another 15 mins for more people. In contrast to other smaller hotels which pick and leave quickly.
As the bus pick passengers hourly from hotel, bus will be at airport area from 15 to 30 mins pass the hour and if you miss it, you got to wait for next hour.
Tip is to sit in front of the bus once you board else passengers who get on late will get off first and you got to wait another 15 mins for check in.
Breakfast is above expectations and room is clean and comfortable.

Hotel is good with neighbourhood vibe. Can stay if you are going to transit for the night to the airport. Otherwise, hmmmm 😅

Hotel room is big and clean, but the breakfast has not many choices. Supermarket is nearby. 👍

Overall, the stay is above expectation with friendly and helpful front desk and airport transfer service. Would be back here in my next visit to Shenzhen.

The best Chinese hotel ever! Breakfast so wonderful, room very big, but far from downtown, you have to take subway then take the bus to the hotel.

This was the best choice for our stay because we needed to get to the airport very early.

This hotel is freshly renovated, the rooms are in excellent condition. The only problem is perhaps at breakfast because there are not many western cuisines to choose from. There are no pancakes and scrambled eggs and so on- if this is a must for you. Perfect location, near to the airport, and the checking in and out is not a hassel. The staff only speak Chinese, so ensure you have a translation app to help. I would definiately book again though. My stay was excellent.

This hotel was booked due to its location being 8mins away by taxi to the airport. I had a connecting flight and opted for this hotel. The rooms are spacious and relatively clean. The only issue I hope would be improved is the hair and dust in various places. The hotel check-in was quick and simple even though we had arrived at midnight. We were also informed about the free shuttle service that was provided to and from the hotel. Overall a great choice for a short stay! Thank you for making our travel journey go smoothly!

I reserve a room in this hotel for my wife and the following were her feedback about her stay:
1. The room is generally clean with all available amenities and toiletries needed for a guest who is always on a move. Nevertheless, there are areas that the Hotel Management can still do better; The pillow cases were visibly clean and ironed, but, they have a mild oily residual smell that's off putting.
2. The hotel staff and front desk personnel were courteous, friendly and approachable. I was given fairly good services throughout my stay. Special thanks to the front desk personnel and airport transfer services whom have assisted me during my stay.
3. The hotel facilities were in-place, tidy and clean with clear labelling and identifications for guests to understand.
4. The buffet breakfast served were wide spread, good and different from day to day.
5. The best thing about this hotel is that it's located very near the airport and a train line, which makes it accessible to move around the city for business and leisure.
In summary, Astor International Hotel Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport is recommended for any travellers on the go.
