He was warm and thoughtful. He took the initiative to say that the housekeeper could contact me on WeChat if I had any questions. I didn't have to drag my luggage up and downstairs. The room also explained the reason for the mold and promised to change the room until I was satisfied... I dragged my luggage upstairs again and found that it was a particularly noisy room on Jing Street. There was also construction outside, so I used WeChat to ask the housekeeper... You can see for yourself how he treated me. The final result was that I didn't sleep well all night.

The room is a bit small, but it is understandable in Shenzhen where every inch of land is valuable. However, the hotel elevator is shared with an external office building, which is a bit of a safety hazard. Everything else is ok, it is a decent place to stay, and it is very close to Shenzhen Station.
