Gym could be more equipped but very nice views. Windows could be a bit more clean. Overall very clean in the room. Staff were super helpful and nice!

Good location as it is right on top of the MTR station. Overall services from check-in to check-out are exceptional. The breakfast buffet has lots of varieties. We paid for a corner room which has an unobstructed of the city. We will definitely stay with this hotel again.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The customer service provided by Esme was exceptional. The room was impeccably clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel's location is also excellent, with a subway entrance located just downstairs. The surrounding environment is quiet and convenient, making it the perfect location for a business trip. I would definitely choose to stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Breakfast is average. They offer Chinese and western cuisines. Swimming pool is nice, however there were people learning swimming and doing laps, not quite friendly if you swim with kids, cause the swimmers will clashed into your kids. There are only a few chairs in the pool, not enough if there's more than 6 parties, who want to put their belongings nearby. For parents, please do aware the room has three sliding doors. It's like home safety trap inside the room. Watch out for kids who might put fingers in between when you slide or close The shower room design has a glitch, that the water will easily leak out through the gap to the floor. It also leads to another safety issue, cause the marble flooring will become very slippery. Though it claimed to be a kids friendly hotel. Ironically, the sliding door and the water leakage were hidden danger in the room.

My one was on the 38th floor. Neat and clean with beautiful night view. Electric auto curtain which is amazing. Some movie channels are available from the tv. Breakfast is fair as the selection is limited. Swimming pool is at the top floor and it was nice though the sauna wan’t available during my stay.

I stayed here during my birthday. The service was very nice. People who work here were very friendly and helpful. Especially the managers Felix and Esme from the front desk. The breakfast was good. The view from the room, pool and restaurant I also liked ver much.

The location is very good and convenient. The room is clean particularly the shower area, the space is quite big. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I will consider to stay again for next trip.
