預訂酒店和酒店名稱不一致，房間設施老舊，網絡信號也不好；玻璃不隔音，馬路好吵，空調外機👋聲音也好吵。整體效果很一般，房間床墊有異味。

酒店位置很好找，距離高鐵站很近，走路就到了。周邊交通方便，樓下就是吃飯的，相當便捷。房間衞生乾淨，整潔，巨大的投影電視相當給力，前台服務態度很好很熱情，非常愉快的的一次出差中轉。

提前訂的不知道酒店如何 沒想到大吃一嚇。位置在深圳北站隔了兩條街，出站走到15分鐘左右。前台裝修和客户是OK的 熱情 裝修很新。然後就開始一晚的驚心動魄之旅。電梯很破舊 上面寫着夢源賓館，對，是舊旅館改造掛了雅斯特的牌子 。金玉其外 敗絮其中，外面也就銅。第一衞生條件非常差，各種污漬特別角落是蜘蛛網陳年累月的污垢。第二隔音非常差，大街上過道隔壁房間的聲音一清二楚隔壁再説什麼話我都聽到影響睡眠。第三設施破舊，電視機不能看，空調打開一股臭味，被子上是煙味，房間有電腦bu讓用放什麼電腦，數據線收錢還用不了，淋浴間滲水，窗簾不拉好容易走光，電子門禁個卡不能用，給了機械鑰匙無語子 那給什麼卡，插座有破損，Wi-Fi網絡斷斷續續不穩定。第四房間小沒有平台上標的尺寸。這就是真實入住體驗，別人好評是因為有禮物送 但實在人説實在話，雖然你便宜點但這個標準完全就是十多年前的條件，價格上去了服務質量沒上去那就是忽悠人，有錢改造大堂不如讓利給顧客 畢竟這個設施已經是破破舊舊了，跟香港的重慶大廈有的一比
