The hotel is quite convinently located near Lo Hu station plus the english speaking staff is quite friendly and eager to help . Would definitely recommend to others.

地理位置：優越，離羅湖口岸很近，走路10分鐘內可以到達。羅湖口岸停車費貴，住這裏可以免費停車，走路過關，相當方便且節省停車費
環境：就是快捷酒店的環境，比較簡單，該有的都有。附近吃飯也很方便，走過去對面羅湖村不遠。羅湖村竟然隱藏了食街，不走進去真不知道。
設施：不新不舊，都能用，廁所抽風很好，不會臭。房間比較多，幸好訂的是有窗户的，有些房間沒有窗户可能會壓抑。
服務：服務挺熱情的，我們上午到，剛好有房間搞完衞生就先給我們安排了。
總的來説，要求不高，目的就是過去香港玩的，這裡是不錯的選擇。

沒賺多少省點錢住這裏
設施：賺錢了裝個電梯吧。另外這家沒健身房的，希望以後有吧。最好有一次性拖鞋。
衞生：乾淨
環境：一分價錢一分貨，門口小店，不過1樓也和其他店鋪在一起，沒空調，也挺熱的。
服務：沒電梯可以幫你拎行李上2樓，就是前台要運營酒店和餐飲，經常看不到人…
阿姨需要培訓一下，沒核對訊息就可以進房間，還是要問一下再幫開門。

很少給差評，這家店必須幫大家避雷。
-設施: 環境臟亂差，圖片太假，衞生盒設施還不如120一晚的海和，這種酒店就和六七十塊錢一晚上的農家樂一個水平，根本不值得180一晚。
-隔音: 從沒見過這麼差的，不管是走廊還是隔壁房間的聲音都特別大，根本沒法睡覺，在自己房間打電話都怕聲音太大吵到別人。
-服務: 前台態度很差，一個小胖子，不咋搭理人。

Trip apps 內那個地圖定位不正確，位置偏差了很遠，最後找保安叔叔問路才能找到正確位置。
房間很小，那個冷氣要等很久才涼，開大一點冷氣機跑很多塵出來還有雜音，沒有供應即棄拖鞋感覺很不衛生，很意外沒有吹風機提供。抹身毛巾爛的，感覺床單有舊污漬......跟工作人員借用插頭也只叫你自行掃碼，幸好跟另一位職員借就能借到了。廁所洗澡的地方是跟馬桶一起，洗澡時即使很小心也容易弄到廁紙濕了。房間隔音也不行，職員說房間很安靜的，結果狂聽到外面汽車響喇叭的聲音還有人不斷拍門不知道是找誰，真的很無奈！
其實真的很少會留這麼差的評價，也是我第一次，希望是最後一次給差評。
