Not bad hotel in this area. Clean room, very good location and good service

Was my first stay, quick check-in and check-out, even gave us bottle water on both , room was very clean comfort bed had a good sleep, walking distance to many restaurants and kfc, definitely will book again if coming to Shenzhen again, only one problem as staff can not speak English.

This hotel is awesome. I've stayed here a few times. It's super convenient to the yuyuan Metro, there is a ton of local food, it's right next to f-town which is full of higher end food. There is free laundry on site which is a huge bonus! The rooms are modern and the Internet is fast. I will always stay here when I'm in shenzhen

The mini bar has shrunk, the toothbrush has been changed from bamboo to plastic, and the slippers are thinner than before. I hope it will return to its original level.

The room type is great, the front desk communication is efficient, the air conditioning is sufficient, and there are children's toothbrushes and children's slippers, which is very considerate. There are a variety of drinks in the small refrigerator.

The hotel is in a great location, with convenient transportation and many restaurants and food nearby. Luckin Coffee is on the first floor! We came to see the concert, and it's only two stops to the Universiade Center. Both the king-size room and the standard room are good, so we decided to stay for another night!

The hotel room is clean and cozy. The front desk lady also upgraded us. The Luckin Coffee in the lobby is so convenient. It is also convenient to go out and find food. The location is excellent.

The family room I booked leaked when I got to the sink, so I changed to a double room, but they didn't pay the difference. The air conditioner in the room was blowing towards the bed! In addition, the sockets in the room were really difficult to plug in, and basically I couldn't plug them in! Anyway, I won't consider this hotel again in the future! 3 stars is too much.

This hotel is clean and tidy. There is also Ruixin in the lobby downstairs. There is a night market on the roadside at night. The subway station is just outside the turn. It is very close to the Universiade Stadium, 2 stops away. This is the first choice for concerts

I came to Shenzhen to watch Mayday's concert✌️ The hotel is very easy to find and is only about 3 kilometers away from the Universiade Center by taxi and two or three subway stops away. When checking in, I told the lady that we were here to watch the concert so we only stayed for one day. I didn't expect to be given a small fan of Mayday's peripherals. The hotel room is very clean and comfortable. Next time I watch a concert, I will continue to book this hotel🥰 (I forgot to take pictures because I was busy, so I used a light stick)

I stayed here for one night after watching a concert. It was quite late after the concert. I ordered a takeaway at around 10:10. It was delivered to the hotel front desk at around 11:20. I asked the front desk and they said the robot would deliver the food. As a result, it was not delivered until after midnight. I called the front desk and they said that there were too many takeaways and I had to wait for a long time. They suggested that I could go downstairs and get it myself if I was in a hurry. But I was too sleepy and tired later, so I fell asleep. As a result, no one reminded me that there was still a takeaway that I hadn't taken or delivered until I checked out the next day. It was quite speechless. I wanted to ask the front desk what was going on, but the schedule was tight and I had to catch a flight, so I didn't have so much time to ask slowly. Since I came back, the hotel has not communicated with me about any takeaway. I don't know whether the takeaway was not delivered at all, or it was delivered but I fell asleep and failed to deliver it. I understand that the hotel has too many takeaways and it takes a long time to deliver, and I accept that I didn't receive the takeaway because of my own reasons, which led to the inability to eat it, but I can't accept that the takeaway disappeared quietly without anyone notifying me of its whereabouts. A takeaway is not expensive, but the service from your hotel is a bit speechless. All in all, I am very dissatisfied.

Very poor service! The front desk has no sense of service! Very poor facility experience! There are only 2 pairs of slippers and 2 toiletries in the family room for three people. It took a long time to send them up. They said there was a robot service, but there was none! The large double bed has only one hard pillow and one soft pillow, which are unevenly distributed... I slept on the hard pillow all night, and the sleeping experience was extremely poor! Very poor sound insulation! I was forced to wake up at 7 o'clock in the morning. I could still hear the horn downstairs on the 17th floor. The noise was terrible! I took a nap... The experience was extremely poor... They came to urge me to check out at 13:30... They were afraid of delaying you, right?
