Every thing is good. The receptionist 方创建 treat us very well, free upgrade the bigger room for us. Transport is convenient. Minus 1 point because the room does not have wardrobe

Had to conduct business and chose this sweet little gem. Wonderful market close by forfresh fruit and groceries. Comfortable bedding and helpfuldesk clerks. The decor is chic and fun, with interesting and quirky touches. Will stay agin when in the area!

Wonderful Stay at Ruixi Hotel, Shenzhen My business partner and I recently traveled to Shenzhen, China, and stayed at the Ruixi Hotel, located on Nanxin Road in the Science and Technology Park. We had an excellent experience and were thoroughly impressed by the hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, with daily cleaning keeping the room spotless. One standout feature was the smart technology in our room, which allowed us to control appliances simply by voice commands—an amazing convenience. The location is very convenient. There were a lot of local restaurants around, groceries. Metro in short walk way. A special thanks to the receptionist, 小陈, who truly went above and beyond for us. Despite our limited Chinese, she helped us order taxis, receive parcels, and made our departure stress-free by assisting with travel arrangements. Her exceptional service made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend Ruixi Hotel to anyone visiting Shenzhen, whether for business or leisure.

The hotel receptionist is really helpful! Easy to get around as well, there are shopping mall nearby. Clean and cozy room.

Had a pleasant 2 night stay at RANY. The staff are super friendly and welcoming, helping with any small requests that we had. Only thing to note is that the soundproofing isn’t the best - you can hear loud conversations in the corridor and given that the location is near a relatively busy road, a lot of honking at night. Nevertheless, for the location, service and price, was a good stay overall!

Good location, right next to Nantou ancient city. The neighborhood is quiet. The staff is very nice. The room is well equipped and bright. Will stay with them again.

Arrived at night took a while to locate hotel, but once settled down it was fine. Room clean and friendly service staff, location little far from city centre but convenient with nearby mall and supermarkets.

In the same month spend also a couple of days in a two single bedroom. Roomsize is the same as a twin bedroom but because of the two single beds in the room, there is less free space in this room compared to a twin bedroom. Same kind of bathroom for a two single bedroom as for a twin bedroom. No clothing washing room at all. Nearest metro station is approximately 15 to 20 minutes walk away from hotel. Hotel personnel don’t speak English or Cantonese, only Mandarin. For the last day of our stay at the hotel my girlfriend asks the front desk in advance if my mom could check out at 12.30 and it was no problem. But on the actual day the front desk already called our room around 11.30 to say that we need to check out before 12.00. So promised not kept by the front desk.

Stayed for two days in this hotel in the center of Nanshan Shenzhen. Really pleased with the quality of service and room interior. Also our room was even upgraded to suite thanks to kind reception workers. Every day there was very memorable, cozy and comfortable. Next time in Shenzhen will book it again for sure!
