Fantastic location in Long Gang - lots of places to eat and do family activities nearby. Flat is done up well - great use of space and amazing views over the city. Staff very friendly and responsive on WeChat too. A couple of nick picking points - asked for breakfast to arrive at 9am and got a WeChat at 7.56am to tell me it's arrived and hung on the door - there's no pans or microwave in the flat (despite there being a stove) so everything was cold. Also for a flat for 4 there were only 2 towels - but they sent up an extra 2 very quickly. All in all a good experience.

The hotel is located five minutes away from the subway station, and the front desk staff is very helpful. There are many chain restaurants nearby, but the hotel facilities are not too many and the rooms are very comfortable, suitable for a family.
