Convenient location with spacious, modern and clean hotel room. Great for family with children.

The hotel was rebranded at some point so it was/is actually Hilton affiliated. The facilities were standard and nice enough for a one night stay.

I had the most terrible experience at the buffet breakfast. The restaurant is so crowded and no one to arrange the table. So I found an empty table by myself and used my water bottle and sanitizer to chop the seat.After I got my food back, I found my seat was taken by three children, I told their mom that I don’t want to share the table with their whole family as I am eating my breakfast alone. Then the family who has taken my seats/table started to attack me, in disgusting words and shouting at me. There’s only one staff come after while, then another staff come, and they didn’t say anything, just asked them to calm down and finish the breakfast. I left and didn’t finish my breakfast as I was attacked nonstop. Hotel has later sent an fruit plate, that’s all. However I think they do have huge problems in onsite management. I think I will never stay in any of Hilton hotels anymore as the experience is so terrible!

Had a great hospitable welcome by front desk staff Aiden Yu and got an upgrade to their city view King room. Lobby has a nice chandelier that sets a luxurious tone. Modern open design with bright light as there are 3 sets of windows as a corner room with open bar and open bathroom design. The lobby bar opens till late and offers food for late dinner if anyone missed the dinner time for other outlets before last order time at 9:30pm. The fish and the oysters are jumbo size and a great deal 👍🏻

The location was very convenient to go to town and the center of Namshan. The hotel buffet was also very attractive with affordable price.

Very clean and good place

Good location within the technology park and near the University. Nice rooms. Very clean. Reception and cleaning staff really friendly. Restaurant is limited. Menu doesn't match what you get on the plate. Excuse that things change should be written to warn you. Or at least be told when ordering that the menu isn't accurate. Breakfast was better.

Collecting delivery was the one of the things I didn’t really like about the hotel as it’s all placed on a rack and it was time consuming to identify the correct parcel

Overall, it was a pleasant stay. Very clean and tidy room with modern setup. Everything was in good working condition: Room was kept cool thoughtfully before our check in which felt us comfortable right away. There was no bathtub though if that is anybody’s concern, but it was a no issue for me. Buffet Breakfast items availability was pretty good wide. Location is about 15 minutes walk from nearest subway station (Hi-Tech Park). It can be quite inconvenient to use subway with luggage. I would recommend to use taxi to arrive at hotel with luggages.

10 mins walk to the big shopping mall. Got upgraded for our hotel room. The room was tidy and clean, might consider coming back again.

Lovely breakfast spread. We left early on the last day and requested a packed up breakfast which the staff were happy to do. Great place and well located. Gym was excellently resourced.
