We stayed in a room with a queen-sized bed. The view was good and the room was clean, although it's a bit small. Interestingly, the bathroom and shower were located at the opposite side of the room... It is quite inconvenient when you want to shower after going to the bathroom... and there's no hair conditioner provided, not even if you want to pay for it! However, the breakfast was great with a lot of good selections.

Amazing hotel with a beach not too far away and lots of amazing views. The room was very nice and spacious. Friendly and helpful staff at the hotel.

Our overall experience at the hotel was great. It have the important aspects of a nice hotel which are it’s clean, comfortable and everybody in the family also had a great time but we did encounter hiccups during our short stay there. One of the bedroom air conditioner stopped working at 11pm and we needed to change rooms in the middle of the night. Other than that, I liked that the room had a small kitchen and a washing machine. And when we swim in the morning the pool was freshly cleaned. Breakfast was also good. Location wise it is near the beach and on the 15 minutes walk there you’ll be able to discover a lot of restaurants. Take note that the hotel is also surrounded with ongoing construction.

The workers were very helpful, breakfast was amazing. It was done in buffet style with many options to choose from. Breakfast had both Chinese and western food option. The pool was very clean, nicely maintained. I have no complains, I really enjoyed my stay.

The indoor and outdoor pool was closed due to no reason. And there was a lot of dirt because of the construction was being held right next to the hotel.

The hotel facilities are very good. Especially the swimming pool is 1.6 meters deep at its deepest, which is very exciting to play in. Adults and children love it very much. Xiaolin helped upgrade the room with a super large balcony. You can see the sea and the swimming pool, which is great! The hotel is also close to Xixiyong Beach, about a 10-minute walk, and the environment around the hotel is also very good. I will choose it next time👍👍

This stay was great, with a beautiful environment, a tall and elegant hotel lobby, and clear water in the sky pool. We stayed in a mini villa with three floors and 3 rooms, with separate bathrooms. The rooms were clean and hygienic. I really liked the balcony outside the king-size bed room, where you can dry clothes. There is an entertainment room on the first floor, with mahjong machines, trampolines, refrigerators, etc. It takes more than ten minutes to walk to the Xichong Beach, which is very suitable for family gatherings. I am very satisfied and will book this hotel next time.

The facilities are complete, including a cinema, children's playground, swimming pool, etc. I am very grateful to Xiaolin for helping to upgrade the room type. The service is very thoughtful. We went to the beach at night and provided ice cubes to keep fresh. It is reliable.

The hotel room is relatively large and clean. The bathroom has adequate water. There is some sea view outside. The environment is good.

I stayed here with my parents and family members who have limited mobility. We booked a duplex room and a double room. When we checked in, we learned that our two rooms would be in different buildings, because the hotel's setting is that duplex rooms are in one building, double rooms (double beds) are in one building, and double rooms ( (twin beds) are in one building, so it is impossible for our family to stay together or next to each other when traveling. My dad is in a wheelchair, and it was difficult for him to pass through the garden stairs between different buildings. I told the front desk many times, but they said they couldn't arrange for us to live together. The location of the hotel is very good. It is built on the mountain and has a good view. But if the hotel is positioned for family travelers, the arrangements must meet the needs of the family. If you live in a duplex, there is no robot to deliver food to your room, and the waiter will not help you bring it up. You have to go to the front desk to pick it up yourself. I feel that this is impossible in modern Shenzhen. It is recommended to develop drones for food delivery. The training of the front desk staff was not in place and they did not know how to make adjustments according to the needs of the guests. I felt very bad.

Xiaoyi at the front desk provided warm service. The hotel's facilities are very complete, including a cinema, children's playground, sky swimming pool, KTV, and chess and card room. It is worth recommending.

It's pretty good. The location is a little remote, but the environment is good. The swimming pool is open, parking is free, and it's convenient to drive by yourself. The breakfast is average, and the most important thing is that there are no mosquitoes. Are there no mosquitoes at the beach?

Food and Beverage: This is my third stay. I felt good the first two times (probably because it was newly renovated a few years ago and there were more customers). This time, there was basically no soy milk or milk for breakfast. Instead, it was instant juice... The dishes were only one-third of the original.
