Great hospitality, great view and nice dogs!

The room is clean, the shower water pressure is very strong, the service of the sister is very considerate, the breakfast is very business-like, this is my second time staying here, it is very convenient to go to the beach, there is sunshade on the beach in the morning, I visited the beach twice in one stay!

I came to Shenzhen on a business trip and wanted to see the sea. I chose this place after a long time. The main point is that the boss lady takes photos 📸 with high level. I took a ride after get off work on Friday. The homestay has two doors, front and back. I came from the beach. In front of the homestay is the Sapphire Beach, which is 5 minutes downhill from the door. It is a public open beach with a small area. The scenery is better in the morning and evening in summer. It is too sunny at noon and not suitable for taking pictures!

Originally, a group of friends were happily waiting to enjoy the sun and beach for a day, but how could we know that it was uncomfortable. It’s about 30 kilometers by taxi from Dameisha Metro Station. I saw that the surrounding environment was full of hotels, B&Bs, and there were many people gathering on the beach, which was quite lively. The hotel we stayed in was on the bottom floor of the B&B. When we checked in, we had to run three steps up. Fortunately, our luggage could be placed on the balcony on the first floor. For the elderly, especially those with knee problems, it is simply a difficult task. The landlady we met was very enthusiastic and helped us check in quickly. We chose the room ourselves and went in. It was renovated and considered corporate management. The scary thing is that there is a very pungent smell. We opened the door wide and turned on the air conditioner to let it disperse for a while. It was a little better but the smell was still there. We thought we would just stay for one night! Unexpectedly, there was still a strong smell in my friend's room. I asked the landlady to come over and she said she would immediately help us do a thorough cleaning. My friend was very unhappy at the time and asked her what she would do if she was in doubt and whether there was any way to make up for it or to make up for it. The landlady had a good attitude and said it would be fine once the cleaning was done. She had no other options for us to consider. In order to avoid worrying about our time to play, I believed she could handle it well. When I came back from the beach, I still smelled bad. My friend complained to her again and asked her if there would be a room change? No one came back, and my friend suggested adding an extra bed or moving the mattress from her room to one of the larger rooms. They both tried to stay for one night, but nothing worked and they were rejected! They couldn't sleep at all and even had to go to the isolation room to take a shower. The worst thing was that they couldn't sleep for less than half an hour and couldn't hold it anymore. At about 2 o'clock in the middle of the night, they grabbed the quilt and ran to a room with a 1.8-meter bed. The four of them shared the bed. What a miserable experience! What’s even more annoying is that the landlady herself said the next day that she could change rooms for her... Yeah! The question arises, isn’t the room not available yet? Didn't she know there was something wrong with the guest room? Didn’t the customer propose a plan? What's going on? Why are you so passive when customers come up with suggestions again and again, and only respond with good cleaning powder to help you clean up? We are all very sensible, because there is this smell on the beach, and the oysters we ordered for dinner also have this smell, and we are forced to cancel the order, which means that there is a serious septic problem in the entire area. ! ! There is no perfect equipment for the septic problem. No matter how much you stir it up, it won't work out, and those at the bottom will suffer especially. We reasonably told the landlady that the hardware was none of her business and she couldn't do it alone, so why didn't she take the initiative to help my friend change rooms? She can handle this. After extremely complaining, she said that the room was not available and would be available the next day. How could she accept it? How could she not be angry? No matter how nice her attitude was, no matter how hard she tried to get it done, she still couldn't get rid of her friend's anger. Anger, lack of initiative, lack of thoughtfulness, lack of communication, and only caring about your own ideas, how can you solve the problem! Staying here, karaoke ends at 10:30 in the evening, and there is no mahjong, only finger blowing and water blowing! It’s really not fun. I left after breakfast the next day. How did I know that the taxi didn’t arrive? I called seven times but there was no response! 😒My God

Good service attitude, actively handling problems. The beach is downstairs, the location is very good. The B&B is a villa with several floors. You can see the sea from the door and upstairs, which is very beautiful when the weather is clear.

There is a beach downstairs of the inn. I love it so much, especially the sea view at the door of the inn with flowers, sea, mountains, blue sky and white clouds. It is so beautiful. The leisure area on the second floor of the inn is amazing for taking pictures. Every shot is like a blockbuster. I don’t need to say anything else, just look at the pictures!

The landlord is very friendly and considerate. The parking lot is right below the B&B. There are several beaches to play on. Overall it is very good and worth coming again. In addition, if you are tired of seafood, you can go to eat ********* food from a ********* aunt. Her ********* beer, guava juice, curry crab, and braised pork rice are all delicious.

The hostess is very nice. We booked a good room on the 29th. We arrived on the 22nd and she upgraded our room for free. She also has two cute little dogs. They are very docile and jealous. The breakfast is also delicious.

The lady boss's photography skills are very satisfactory and enthusiastic. It is recommended to check in before 5:56 pm to watch the sunset. It takes only a few minutes to walk to the beach. The scenery is very good. Highly recommended

The view from the room is great. The proprietress is very welcoming and nice. The bananas grown at home are also very sweet. There is a small beach downstairs and a good photo spot on the platform. I will come to this inn again next time.
