We had an early flight to Shenzhen and booked in around 10 am. Staff were patient and friendly and very helpful considering my that we checked in earlier. The room was fine though the carpet had stains on it that hadn’t been washed off. Breakfast was so so. Close to metro station which was convenient

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown. I had a wonderful experience at this hotel.

I thought that a hotel opened in 2022 was at least new. Who knew, early in the morning, the AI system made a sound on its own and asked me why I was calling it. It was so noisy that I woke up early in the morning. I changed rooms. When I was about to go to bed at night, I had to change the front light of the mirror.
