Simple room convenient for border travel between SZ and HK, but don't expect spot-on cleanliness and great service. Overall still good and actually a comfy bed. Price can be lowered compared to competition

No toilet paper and front desk wasn’t helpful. This hotel has not elevator at night the other one I’m the same building next to it has an elevator at night and during the day. Room was not very clean but not very dirty. But the bed sheets were clean enough and bed wasn’t too hard. It allows food deliveries to be made directly to the room. Karaoke will keep you up quite late.

Because the tour group had to gather at 7 a.m., I booked a hotel near Futian Port for one night, and finally chose this Green Alliance hotel. We arrived at 11:30 pm, and the escalator in the mall was closed, so we had to carry our luggage by ourselves. The lady at the front desk was very nice and helped me carry a piece of luggage. Recently, Futian Port Hotel, cheaper than lU but not better than lU, can check out at 2 pm, less than 300 HKD / night to have a projected big TV to watch, and smart butler, next time stay in Futian first choice.
