真心推介，位置正正係古城第一間鋪，職員有禮熱心，有歡迎飲品同果盤，雖然九叔教唔好貪果盤，但份量真心多，杯野又好飲，呢間野比我種感覺似香港人開咁，DYSO風筒用香港插XD
房內設施整潔，雖然落下就係古城步行街， 但晚上唔會太多人流，露台玻璃門又厚，完全聽唔到街外聲，如果抱住 HEA 住玩既心態，呢間民宿真係勁滿意，當然如果要係預左要有酒店FEEL既，佢就比你唔到啦。
簡單咁講，房間裝修有特色，整潔，食野落下條街有都好好味 (香港茶記價錢)，行多廿步出大街就內地平民飯堂，附近鋪頭有特色有價錢係偏貴，出行的話係門口就的士站，當然CALL車都得，抱住本身唔係要去住酒店既 GRAND，亦唔係海邊睇浪既民宿，我覺得呢間野值得五星

每次在深圳都想住的民宿，這裏衹有三間房，頂樓套房聽説最近長租出去了，所以我總是訂不到，但我最喜歡我這間。
音樂是療愈的良葯，每次來房間放的黑膠都不一樣，打開唱片機，往沙發上一癱，深度放鬆。我真的太愛他們家這個真皮沙發了，無論顏色材質還是填充物都好有質感，甚至有兩次我都是直接睡的沙發。
大大的冰箱（西門子）、洗衣機烘乾機（松下）、吹風機（戴森）、掛燙機都有，細節拉滿，冰箱裏水果可樂牛奶飲料都免費，還送兩個飲品籌碼，可下樓兑換咖啡或者雞尾酒。
房間在三樓，二樓是爵士吧，晚上會有爵士live演出，氛圍不要太好，聽着小曲喝着小酒搖擺，那叫一個鬆弛。一樓是前台和酒吧，一般放的是電子音樂，負一樓是黑膠商店，有很多唱片可以試聽，風格分類整齊，喜歡的可以買回家。
地處景點中心，好吃好玩好逛的豐富多彩，無論是一人旅行、兩人拍拖、三人親子，一點兒也不會無聊，附近外賣也方便，想吃什麼叫什麼。

這次住side A，房間確實是大和乾淨，還有洗衣機，下午在中山公園跑步回來可以洗衣服。
到晚上開始出問題了，音樂從2樓的Jazz & Blues 經過樓梯傳到3樓，一直到凌晨2點。3樓樓梯口是不是應該加上一道門呢？我相信有總比沒有的好吧，請民宿負責人從住客的角度想一想。
好了，以為兩點可以睡了，結果輪到side B的住客一直聊天到4點，還有樓上有人在搬動東西，説明房間的隔音真的很差。
和朋友來這裏喝東西聊天應該很不錯，住的話就不建議了，尤其是週末。

位置優良，位於古城入口。房間很大，空間感十足，衞生整潔。
喜歡有梳化位置可以歇息，可惜電視未能收看地面電視或看盒子電視網速偏慢。
浴室空間感很大，唯水壓不足。
提供很多瓶裝水及其他飲料，亦有送贈咖啡/ 雞尾酒，貼心！

我從來不寫評論，但是這次我不得不寫，首先，民宿在酒吧前台辦入住，我不知道，然後打電話聯繫，接電話的是女性工作人員，很沒禮貌的説你就走進來，其次，外賣放前台，不及時送我覺得沒什麼，但是其他酒店不會出現這種情況，最後非常離譜房間漏水，我離開酒店的時候跟工作人員説房間漏水，他説 “哦”！ 如果沒有服務意識就不要開民宿，雖然你們走的是特立獨行藝術路線，但是基本的禮貌要懂，我説的話句句屬實，絕無虛構
