Checking in was smooth. Near metro station. Stayed in business room. Great to have an additional seating space in business room. Alot of eateries around makes it very convenient.

This is our fourth stay here. It is convenient for us to visit family in Shenzhen. It is only an hour from the hotel by subway, and just a 1 minute walk from the Bantian subway station. This time we stayed for seven nights and everything was very good. We had a ‘Romantic Room’ which was very comfortable, quiet and with a great shower. The room faces the back of the hotel so there is very little noise from the road. In fact there was no noise at all. Very very peaceful.
The front desk and service staff are super friendly, efficient and helpful. Thank you for a great stay. We will stay again.

The service attitude was very good. We upgraded the room type when we checked in at night. I called the front desk to ask if there was any alcohol. They said it was expired, so I bought a new bottle and sent it to the room. The takeaway was also delivered upstairs. The air conditioning worked well. The clothes were washed and dried overnight. There were four rooms on the first floor. I slept well and heard almost no noise.
