Rooms are designed in modern style, spacious, clean. Breakfast was poor. Swimming pool is turned into an aquarium in which you cannot swim and the only beach we could use, you have to pay for a sunshade. There is very limited space to swim, around 5m from the beach. Basically, room and view were good, everything else is not worth mentioning.

The hotel is in beautiful nature, has a beautiful beach and a swimming pool, but unfortunately swimming in the pool is prohibited because there are fish, starfish and stingrays in the pool, and even we asked before we booked if it was possible to swim in the pool and on the beach, and the reception told us that on May 1st, swimming will be allowed both in the pool and in the sea. That's a big minus for you as a hotel, another thing is that the lifeguard on the beach only allows swimming in sea water about 5 meters from the shore and you can't swim freely even if someone knows how to swim, so it's a shame that you have beautiful hotel in forest with clean air and you don’t allow swimming, so I think no one will come back and stay in your hotel again. My advice is to change this immediately.

It’s a nice hotel for a beach holiday or a weekend getaway. The only drawback for a foreigner is a lack of food options. In all other respects, it’s a great choice.

The swimming pool was under construction and unavailable. The private beach was open but the area around it under construction. We were a bit disappointed with the breakfast, which had limited options and the dinner. The room was smaller than expected. The hotel lacks an indoor swimming pool and a gym.

On the upside, the room was clean and cozy. The hotel staff were friendly and always ready to assist, which made our experience pleasant. Plus, the beach is nice, especially with the barbecue area nearby. However, there were a few disappointments. The swimming pool was off-limits due to sea animals inside, despite checking in advance if the pool will be open. On rainy days, indoor entertainment options were lacking – the movie system was out of order, and the kids' playroom closed too early and we couldn't even order coffee when we wanted as the kitchen is open only on certain times during the day. There's definitely room for improvement. Addressing the swimming pool issue and enhancing indoor activities could elevate the guest experience at the hotel.

The hotel is very quiet and has a great view of the sea! I brought my family here during the Spring Festival. The handsome guy at the front desk was very good and handled the room I booked on the wrong date very carefully! He also gave the best booking plan!

Yunhai Hotel is located in a place facing the sea and the famous cliff train is here. The hotel is clean, the bedding is comfortable, and the restaurant food is good. There is Kaisa Plaza nearby, which can be reached in a few minutes by car. The scenery around the hotel is beautiful, which satisfies people who like to take pictures. The weather is good and the sunset is beautiful!

The hotel is very large and divided into several buildings. The environment is very good and clean. The room is just average. The carpet is dirty, which is a minus point. The hotel waiter is very nice, which is a plus point. The buffet breakfast is delicious, which is a plus point. The outdoor barbecue and oden at the scenic spot cost 28 yuan for a bag of instant noodles + ham sausage and 18 yuan for a lamb skewer, which is a bit expensive. The hotel patrol security guard lost points. There was an outside car blocking the parking lot. People ran out to play without turning off the engine. The cars inside could not get out. I asked him what to do. He said he had no way and asked me to check if there was a phone in the car. I had to call the hotel lobby. The lobby manager was very responsible and hurriedly called 114 to find the owner of the car... The security guard sat on the side all the time and ignored it. Later, another car owner got in the car and moved it away, and we got out. Generally speaking, it's not bad, the beach water is very clean, but it's not suitable for children to play in the sand, because the sand is coarse and soft, and there are many small stones, which hurts the feet when stepped on.

The hotel is very beautiful. It was my child's birthday, so the hotel was very considerate and helped us upgrade the room. I was simply intoxicated the moment I opened the door. It was super beautiful. The hotel has its own private beach, the sunset is very beautiful, and there is a small train. It is very photogenic. The breakfast is very good. We drove out to a seafood dinner nearby, and the food was also very good. It is a wonderful holiday place.

There are hiking trails, sightseeing trains, romantic swings in the sea, flower boat photo spots, boundless ecological shark pools, sika deer, etc. It is really a treasure. The attitude of the hotel waiter is very good. I explained the requirements to Miss Zhang at the hotel front desk in advance, and it was arranged before check-in. My wife was very moved when she saw the careful arrangement of the room. It really gave my wife a big surprise. The hotel has a sightseeing train leading to the seaside. The front desk staff helped us shoot a video and recorded the beautiful and unforgettable happy moments for us. There are also swings on the beach, which are so beautiful with the sunset. We are very satisfied with the stay experience this time. I still want to choose here for my next vacation. A pleasant stay! The environment is super beautiful. In terms of facilities, it takes only 2 minutes to walk to the beach. Both adults and children had a lot of fun. I will stay here again next time I come to South Australia. Recommended!

It's my first time staying here. It's much better than I imagined. Especially the environment is very comfortable. Taobao is a sea view room on the 3rd floor of the villa. It feels like a vacation. There is also a tennis court. Hahahaha, the swimming pool is not available now. It has been rented out to raise small crocodiles for viewing. In short, I still recommend everyone to stay here
